Clean, good location, very helpful owners

I feel the photos are not really aligned with how the room looked. There is no where really to hang towels for four people in the one room. The shower room floor is very slippery when wet and I think a non slip mat there would be helpful.

The place was spotless and the hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Even though we had to communicate via translation apps, they were able to help us book taxis and were there for anything we needed. We love a hard mattress but it’s worth being aware the beds have very hard mattresses.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations! The homestay was everything I hoped for and more. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged. But what truly made the stay special was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. A special thanks to Van Anh, who kindly reached out before my stay to offer assistance. I honestly have nothing to complain about. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place to feel at home.

We arrived in Dalat early in the morning and came to leave our luggage before the check in. The host was absolutely amazing! She made sure we have everything we need and made us delicious tea. Everything was perfect: the location, the big room, the cleanness (which was something else) and once again the host is so kind. Best place we stayed in vietnam and best host i’ve ever met for sure

The couple who owned this home stay were an absolute delight. They provided us with everything they could and being able to talk to them through Google translate about their experiences was delightful. A wonderful place that I would definitely return to in future.

the mattress was a bit too hard for our taste

Such a great place to stay. From the fifth floor you have a good view of the city. The room is bright and spacious with a balcony. You can quickly get into the city on foot. But the best thing are the hosts. Communication goes well via Google Translate. We exchanged a lot while drinking tea and snacking together. They are so welcoming and it was sad that we had to say goodbye after 3 days.

The floor is very cold in this cold weather Should have done vinyl flooring or put a carper As it was raining and the water leaked into the room . Not enough floor mat as the floor was slippery.

The pictures you see are realistic and the room is even bigger than what it looks. Everything is spotless, the location is good and the owners are cute and helpful. Just note that it is possible to pay only by cash. Extra tip: in the same street there is a vegetarian buffet where almost everything is actually vegan.

Hard mattress, but it is not a break dealer

The family was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and quitet. It has fast internet, good water pressure. The photos are not updated, there was a big desk in the room we stayed. It is a big plus for people who want to work

The location was initially a little tricky, quite a way from the lake and centre. But a Grab taxi or motorbike wasn't expensive. On my second day I found a wonderful vegetarian restaurant at the top of the little lane the Homestay is situated on; right across the road, called 'Now and Here'. All you can eat lunch buffet for less than £3! That included drinks and dessert! Despite being a little away from the centre, it's a thriving area, not very touristy with Europeans but more of a local flavour with many cafes and places to eat. I enjoyed staying in this area and it felt safe and friendly too.

Mr Dung and his wife were the perfect hosts. Going to great lengths they made my stay as pleasant as they could. Despite not speaking English Mr Dong showed great patience and enthusiasm. (Google translate was a godsend!) He helped me book a day's tour of the waterfalls and the giant Goddess of Mercy - not to be missed. Also he was invaluable in liaising on my behalf with a bus company to sort out my journey to Ho Chi Mingh. The room was large, airy and light. Everything was in excellent working condition and - for once - the photos didn't lie! I had a great balcony overlooking the city which was very pleasant to relax on. I loved all the little homely touches - fresh flowers in the room, free water and even fruit. These sweet people invited me to share a lunch one day too. I really felt at home here. Thank you so much for all your effort.

The room is beautiful with an excellent view. The hosts are exceptionally kind and friendly. The parking garage and homestay is secure with an electric gate. Will definitely stay again.

Are you looking for the perfect accommodation that is authentic, where the owners are caring and helpful and much of the city is within walking distance? You have found it!!! Our stay with Mr. and Mrs. Dong was our BEST in Vietnam! First to the standard info: The room is spacious and clean. They are happy to organize a moped for 150K VND a day. And there are good vegetarian restaurants nearby. The Night Market is a 15-minute walk away. Now to the very personal experience: As soon as we arrived, we were served tea and Vietnamese crispbread with a smile. Our legs had some itchy bites and we were immediately and lovingly cared for by Mrs. Dong. Every day we drank tea together and were given fruits and other snacks - accompanied by very interesting conversations. We communicated via Google Translate - it worked perfectly. Mr. Dong is an excellent doctor - I was able to enjoy a healing massage with him. And Mrs. Dong is an excellent cook - we had the honor of being invited to a vegetarian dinner with many Vietnamese homemade delicacies. We would have loved to spend the Tet festival with them, but unfortunately we had to travel on. We are incredibly grateful to have been lucky enough to find Mi Casa Homestay. Once again a big thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Dong and to their daughter who handled the perfect initial communication via whatsapp.

Everything was perfect.

We loved this homestay. It's run by a lovely couple, they don't speak English, but Google translator and their daughter are helping out. The spacious room was super clean and we had a good look over the city from the balcony. We rented a scooter for two days, it was the best one we had so far in South East Asia. I would definitely recommend staying there!

What a lovely place to stay! We had the queen room with balcony, which was a huge yet cozy space and had an amazing view from the balcony. It was exactly as it looks in the pictures. The whole place was immaculately clean and we extended our stay a couple of times as we liked the place so much. Location was perfect - in a quiet and pretty neighbourhood, but just a few minutes from a bustling street of restaurants and shops with the centre an easy 15 minute walk away. Our hosts were so lovely and kind, on hand if we needed something but very discreet otherwise. We’ve been travelling through SE Asia for over 2 months, and this is easily the nicest place we’ve stayed.

Hard to find something. There was no hot water for some minutes but the situation was quickly fixed so our stay went really well.

Very good value: super clean & cozy room, close to most popular places in Da Lat. We were super content by the warmness of the host. He was even greatly flexible in offering an early check-in for my mom and me in a bigger room without extra charges so that we could have a good recovery to explore the city for the rest of the day. Normally I was skeptical by new apartments on Booking but this homestay was beyond our expectation by their hospitality & sincerity. (You even could rent a motorbike directly from this homestay with the same price on the market). Thanks a lot for your great welcome!
