Definitely the best decision I made to stay here. Located in Sunset town meaning enjoying a little quaint vibe and new pretty buildings all over. The hotel is so pretty, and clean. Very helpful hosts too, they respond very fast to all our questions. At night, just around 300m there's a bustling night market with lots of delicious food choices. It's near sunworld hon thom too, with lots of transport you can chose from. Be it grab or buggy and you can even opted to walk there too if you prefer while enjoying the town view. Will definitely stay here again if I have a chance in the future.

Disappointed with the pool It wasn’t functioning during our stay..Even if it had been open, the pool is quite small..

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The elevator made access easy, especially with kids. The bathroom was spacious with a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing. My children were thrilled with the kids’ room that had a projector..The hotel interior is cozy, and we felt very secure thanks to the passcode..protected entrance. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, safety, and fun.. Great communication with the staff The staff/owner was super easy to reach..everything was handled smoothly just through WhatsApp...Quick responses and very helpful whenever we needed anything.. It made our stay a lot more convenient and stress-free..thanks.

Very fantastic place. one of the best place i have ever stayed. the room is spacious & comfortable. The bath tub is big. big and comfy sofa. the staff is very helpful and fast response in whatsapp. even during booking, no receptionist was present however the owner already whatsapp the door password. the place is also near to night market. very recommended place for an affordable price. will surely repeat here if i ever come to sunset town again💓💓

Expect to do a lot of walking as the hotel is on a hill, but it's part of the experience. Could do with a safe.

From start to finish, the service and communication were excellent. We communicated via Whatsapp and got a reply almost immediately. Booked the hotel the day before check-in with no regrets. The family room had more than enough space, and a built-in projector made the kids' room very special. Lastly, the Mediterranean style of the room gives a totally unique feeling. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Everything was perfect! The hotel and its facilities are simply heavenly, very comfortable with fantastic views of the city and sea. Plus the staff is amazing, they were very nice and always willing to answer questions and help. Our stay was a great experience. Definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Phu Quoc 💕

Just some space for improvement for the hotel: Small buffet breakfast or more european options a la cart and coffee machine and you can charge 2x more per night. Then the stay at Mellon Oasis will be perfect.

Everything! - Perfect location to explore Sunset town. - Very comfortable and beautiful room. - Stephany was very helpful from the beginning. Few tips how to enjoy your stay at Sunset town: Withdraw some cash as soon as you arrive (ATM is available in Hon Thom Departure Terminal), there is not much choice around where to eat for a reasonable price (it’s like 200-300 VND min for a meal for 1 person without drinks). So better have some cash and enjoy everyday food market in the north part of the town that starts at 18:00 (5 min by walk from the Mellon Oasis). Don’t go to Starbucks for coffee, go to Lotus Cafe & Home, try Sea salt cream latte! One of the best coffee I’ve ever had!
