How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The buffet was good but not great. The items were very limited for breakfast. They should rework on the menu and add few more items for breakfast.
The hotel was in a prime location and very close to the beach. We stayed there for 2 nights. The stay was memorable.

Location was great. It was just a few minutes walk to the beach area and less than a kilometre to the agarwood tower. There were lots of food places nearby and even a massage/spa area below the hotel premise. Great selection of breakfast buffet for its price. Lovely hospitality from the staff. Rooms were comfy and bathroom was good too.

Great facilities (except for the gym which could really use some more equipment), extremely close to the beach (staff gives you free towels), huge choice of breakfast options. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are really comfortable. The room with partial ocean view is REALLY partial, so don’t expect to see sunsets or sunrises from the comfort of your room. Rooms could also really use remote for the AC.

All good, just the bathtub design makes water spill and pool slightly around the edges. Room size smaller than average but all else great.
New hotel, great location, 2 min walk to the beach. Excellent breakfast selection. Good bedding and towels.

Clean comfortable hotel in the tourist quarter of Nha Trang. Busy outside nut quiet inside. Extensive breakfast, though more oriented on Asian cuisine. Price quality is excellent.

Although buffet breakfast, choice was a bit more limited than in other 4* hotels we stayed.
Location is very good with the beach only a short walk away and many restaurants and shops nearby. It had a ‘like new’ feeling and everything was very clean and in perfect working order. This was the quietest place we stayed in Vietnam (18th floor, window closed, very quiet AC). Definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

The breakfast could use more fruit options. The swimming pool was very cold, so we were unable to use it.
It’s a clean, modern and lovely hotel to stay in. We enjoyed staying here so much that we came back a second time. The staff were lovely and the room was very clean.

Breakfast mostly geared for Asian customers. No butter, cheese or yogurt available and limited fruit options. What suited was most pleasant
Can’t really fault this hotel. Very modern, clean and comfortable accommodation located very close to the beach. Staff were very attentive and courteous all adding to a wonderful stay.

The bed was quite hard and only one pillow was provided.
The room was clean and comfortable with good lighting and amenities. The breakfast was good. The view from our room was great.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable, and the room had a slight odor from cigarette, although it was a non-smoking room.
The room was decent size, and the location was great walking distance to the beach. Breakfast was good with lots of choices

Breakfast didn't have many options for non Vietnamese food.
We wanted something that would be safe in spite of fake reviews in Vietnam and this a good choice. Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and the bus to Doc Let. Good value if you get a discount in one of the platforms (done with both Booking and Agoda). They stored for us the luggage for one night when we went to Doclet. The staff was helpful and kind to us.

The hotel is modern and clean. Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. I saw many people complaining about the breakfast, but I loved it 🤷🏾♀️. The location is perfect with a short walk from the beach with many shops in the area. I would definitely stay here again.
