No water offered but you can purchase bottles for very cheap, and can buy 5L bottles at the little shop at the end of the lane. They provide room service (changing your towel everyday, cleaning etc) which is OK but it's not optional, so maybe offering a "please clean/ do not disturb" sign to hang on the door would be good. Very minimal issues overall though!

Lovely stay at Mango. The family are so sweet and the room was comfortable, very clean and had great natural light. The laneway is quiet but there are ample coffee places, restaurants and shops around. We loved that it wasn't in the Old Quarter but still close enough to walk. They hire scooters for $120K vnd/ day and have knowledge of local buses and activities. The air-conditioning wasn't super strong but was definitely sufficient.

Super nice host, really smiley and helpful with everything we needed. Rooms were big and the bed was comfortable and the air con worked great. Only ten minutes walk to the fabric market and old town, would definitely stay again!

The location is great, very close to the market and the historic center. The staff is incredible, very friendly and accommodating. Always willing to help with information, booking of services, etc. Rooms are clean and big enough, same goes for the bathroom. If again in Vietnam, I will certainly return.

The bathroom is shared, this wasn’t an issue for us and there was never a “queue”, but just something to be aware of. Although we didn’t do any tours or shuttles, I think the prices quoted were a bit higher than some we saw round town

We stayed at Mango Garden Homestay for 5 nights and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. It’s within walking distance of the Ancient Town, offers tours & shuttle services. Our room was clean & comfortable, we were given free toiletries and fresh towels every other day. It was basic but great value for money.

I liked it all

Lovely place, good location, short walk to both the old town centre & rice paddy fields. Staff were so lovely, they let us check in early😊 room was big and bed was so comfortable. Nice and quiet so got excellent sleep. They also cleaned the rooms every second day which was excellent. Would highly recommend ! We also rented bikes for 30k VND

The pressure from the shower was quite bad. The air in the room was little bit humid and we couldn’t get our wet towels dry.

The owner of this property was so helpful. She organised bus trips and tours for us. We were able to do everything we wanted in the short time frame that we had. She also gave lots of good recommendations. The location of the property was great, it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle so it was quiet but it was easy walking distance to everything.

Nothing, I don’t have anything bad to say.

The property is beautiful, the front garden is great to sit in. Some days and evenings I would sit and read my book and enjoy the view. It has a very peaceful atmosphere. The lady who works at the front (Kieu) is so kind and lovely, she helped me with anything I had to ask. If I ever come back to Hoi an, I will be staying here.

A bit far away from the town

The staff was super nice. The room was clean and spacious with a good shower. The location is a bit far away from the old town but really calm. We booked bus tickets with them to go to Hue.

The rented bikes and scooter are not in the best conditions

One of the best homestay we had the chance to stay in Vietnam. The owner is very helpful, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast is delicious. The room is clean. We also did laundry here and clothes smelled really good afterwards. Recommended!
