We did the 2-night Ha Long Bay cruise and it was incredible from start to finish. The limousine transfer from our hotel ($30 USD return pp) was comfortable and only took about 2 hours to the marina. Check-in was smooth — luggage was tagged and taken care of right away. We transferred by tender to the boat, where we were warmly welcomed by the crew. Staff (especially Sunny) were attentive, informative, and genuinely funny, which made the experience even better. From the first lunch, we had a reserved table with a stunning view, and our dedicated waiter, Justin, looked after us throughout. The food was plentiful, varied, and great quality. Our cabin was absolutely beautiful — we couldn’t have asked for more. Excursions such as kayaking, visiting caves and villages, plus squid fishing in the evening with the entertainment team, were highlights of the trip.

We (four adults) enjoyed a fantastic three-day cruise with Majesty Prime in Ha Long Bay. The scenery was absolutely magnificent, and the itinerary was packed with exciting activities from early morning onwards. We had plenty of opportunities to kayak, swim, cycle to local villages on the island, and even try fishing, among other experiences. Of course, if you prefer a more relaxed pace, you can simply unwind on the main boat and take in the breathtaking views of the bay. The crew was exceptionally friendly, responsive, and quick to assist with any request. The food was delicious, and the transfer from Hanoi to the cruise harbor was smooth and comfortable, provided in luxury vans. We give our strongest recommendation!

Nothing. The only thing we could say is that we were hoping to go further in the bay but with a boat of this size and the regulations s of the gouvernement it seems difficult.

The luxury of the boat The quality of the service, all crew members are attentives. A real thank you to all of them. The diner are exquisites and the breakfast buffet also. Of course the best part is definitely the rooms and the view on the bay. Waking up to this was simply a highlight of our trip in Vietnam

Fabulous experience from pick up from hotel to cruise - very professional. Cabin on board exceeded our expectations, this is the cruise to choose if you visit Ha Long Bay. The staff were excellent and even Provided an alternative starter when I expressed my dislike of squid. I did not want it to end - you must enjoy the luxurious bathroom and take a bath whilst watching the beauty of Ha Long Bay through the large picture windows.

We think some of the activities that are offered are not really worth going, but thats subjective. It's also nice to just stay on the boat and enjoy the views.

Our stay at Majesty Prime Cruise was wonderful! Yes, compared to everything else in Vietnam it is pricy. But for us it was really worth the money. The ship is very new, so everything is in top condition. The room and the bathroom are very nicely designed and spacious. The food was very delicious and they payed very close attention to food restrictions. The staff was absolutely wonderfull! All in all we can absolutely recommend this trip. We stayed two night and would recommend to everyone to go for the two nights option instead if just one night to really enjoy the athmophere. On the second day we went further inside, so less ships were around. One day would have been very rushed I assume.

A special shoutout to Sunny, who was truly the heart of our group. His vibrant energy, humor, and warm personality kept the experience lively and unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included and entertained every step of the way. The food leaves a lot to be desired on board. The meals are heavily western-ised which may be a positive to some.

The boat is absolutely gorgeous and was built in 2024 so feels new. Would definitely recommend booking the transfers through the cruise company, much less hassle and also cheaper than arranging a Grab. During our 1 night 2 day stay activities included a bamboo boat tour, kayaking, squid fishing and an early morning tai chi class. Air conditioned tender boat was a big benefit, of which a lot of other companies seemed to lack. The bed was very very comfy, as was the cabin large.
