This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in during all my travels. Mr Hai is amazing! We even got as much free water here as we wanted to. The room is super spacious and very well equipped. The bathroom is big and the water pressure decent. I also love the style of Mr Hai and his wife, they always wore the coolest Hawaiian shirts :)

Mr Hai was an exceptional host and this place was immaculate. The connecting rooms made this perfect for our family and the beds were so comfortable. He helped us organise all of our adventures and made our stay so great.

Mr.Hai sir is a very nice person. He gave us very good suggestions for the places to explore and made us feel like home. The room was very clean and very well maintained. The only thing was we had to change rooms after one night which was a little annoying but overall it was still an amazing stay.

This is probably one of the nicest and cleanest places we’ve stayed in our last 4 months of travel. It’s located in an excellent area just a 5/10 min walk to Hoi An town. The owners are so kind and cannot do enough for you. They let us use the bikes every day and organised tours if we needed. It’s honestly such a gem to find and I’d recommend anyone to stay here.

The host was above and beyond helpful and attentive, had answers to every question and if he didn’t he went and found them. Super amazing and sweet couple! Location is perfect, not in the middle of the centre but a 5-10 minute walk from it so it’s very peaceful. The place is very very clean and very well taken care of. Definitely recommend it!

The homestay genuinely cannot be faulted. The location (a pleasant and leisurely 10-15 minutes’ walk away from the old town), the friendliness and helpfulness of Mr Hai and his family (he can book a variety of activities for you, arrange for taxis, lend you a bicycle, recommend restaurants, arrange for your laundry to be done (same day service), but at the same time if you have already booked your own trips there is absolutely no pressure to go with his suggestions instead), the comfort of the room and its cleanliness (in fact the entire house is absolutely spotless), everything is done with your comfort in mind. You get two bottles of water per day, complimentary toiletries, the wifi is good and there are a couple of gyms in the neighbourhood (I went to Superfit Hoi An Fitness and Yoga, which is 10 minutes away from the homestay). Mr Hai’s homestay is so far the best accommodation I have stayed in on this current trip to Vietnam, and I highly recommend it!

I really want to take the time to write a review about how amazing this stay was! I stayed for 3 nights and was sad to leave. Mr Hai and his wife are so friendly. For instance, I texted that I was going to arrive very early in the morning and he tried to manage if I could check in so early (even though official check in time would be 15:00). Also, he made sure my laundry was done (honestly, some clothes have never been cleaner, I need the tips of that laundromat company! ;-) ). Every day, they gave me free bottles of water and also he arranged a lovely tour and the taxi to the airport for me. Oh, I almost forget that as a guest you can lend the bicycle for free, i’d say the best way to explore Hoi an. In short, wonderful stay with wonderful people. If I ever come back to Hoi An, I will stay again with Mr and Mrs Hai.

We were incredibly satisfied with this accommodation. It all started with the warm welcome from the owner, who is very kind and always ready to help with anything. The rooms and the entire property are unbelievably clean—the owner and his wife take care of the homestay perfectly. You won’t find such tidy rooms even in a hotel. Overall, we rate this accommodation very highly.

Everything was good!

We had a lovely stay! The owners were very kind and helped us with everything. Very clean and comfortable rooms located very near to the old city. We borrowed their bikes everyday and drove to the beach! Can highly recommend!

The host of the Homestay is a really lovely man who will do anything to help you; organise tours, laundry, book taxis, lend you a bike, recommend the best spots for everything, you name it! It is really central without being too noisy - you can walk to most places within a few minutes. The rooms have everything you need and the balconies are really peaceful. Excellent value for money.

Good location, very clean, in a quiet side street, with a balcony and free bikes. And: an incredibly friendly owner! We felt very comfortable. Mr Hai regularly gave us tips, always asked how we were doing and was really attentive and helpful. Thank you so much! We were even allowed to check in very early in the morning because we arrived by night bus and we didn't have to pay anything extra. Thank you!!
