The breakfast was rather poor for a 4 star hotel. The pool area is super small, so it could be a problem if several people want to use it at the same time. They have space to add more seats up there. The whole hotel seems to have a little damp issue though with water damage sadly visible everywhere.

They upgraded us to a better room which was highly appreciated! Thank you! A little walk from the beach, maybe 10 mins. Small pool area with a nice view, clean pool. Nice adjoining cafe.

I had a very nice stay, the room was big, clean and cozy, the staff was available and nice (they helped with scooter rent and a private car driver), and the breakfast was good with various options (both, Asian and western dishes). The rooftop swimming pool is a great plus in the evening when I arrived back home after the day out. Very good for the price!

Just feedback, could do with some extra sun loungers by the pool.

Everything was perfect, we checked in late and was made to feel very welcome! The air conditioning was very cool and the room was well equipped with a huge television with Netflix and YouTube. There was a good choice of breakfast options and a nice pool! Everything was modern and well equipped, we will come back. Duyen at reception was very friendly and helpful!

They could definitely add 2 more pool beds by the pool and maybe some seats before you step up to the poolside

The property was clean, very cool decor and the aircon worked super well. The room had ac and a fan which really helped as it is very hot this summer. The staff were very helpful with anything we needed too! Lots of marts nearby and fresh water provided daily. Was very quiet inside the room, we had families next door and couldn’t hear them until you went into the hallway!

My stay was too short ...

My trip to Da Nang did not start well with the first leg of my one month vacation being cancelled sighting plane mechanical issues. The flight was rescheduled to the following day.However, this meant that I wouldn't arrive for the first day of my 3 day stay in M92. Instead of charging me for the unused day the management simply reduced my booking to 2 days. A very well appreciated gesture. The last day required the booking of transportation to the local airport at the unusual time of 3 am. This was easily arranged by the brilliant staff of M92. I thoroughly recommend this hotel when a stay in Da Nang is required. The rooms are excellent, very clean and the breakfast offered a selection of continental foods plus some local produce. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Ten out of ten.

We loved everything just bare in mind it's near the beach but a little further for the main tourist hub of the beach and restaurants (maybe 20 mins walk) but still a nice beach area nearby or a quick grab ride away so no issue for us!

We loved our stay at the hotel! It was so clean & comfortable which is important to us & felt so luxury for a budget price! We stayed for a week & had a brilliant time. Super clean, lovely staff & free breakfast too. The staff went above and beyond for us to make sure I had a bespoke vegan breakfast each morning (Asian style) which was lovely! Modern room, huge smart tv & nice amenities in a central location near the beach!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire property, including the room, was very modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, varied, tasty, and satisfying. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by many great restaurants. Overall, excellent value for money. They also have a coffee bar inside the building that has amazing coffees. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was good considering we used a taxi or walk to go everywhere. The swimming pool on the rooftop was perfect after a day sightseeing around. Amazing staff, available and friendly. They helped us to organise a driver to/from Hoi An. Breakfast could be improved but overall it was good.

The included breakfast could have been better — there was a lack of variety and options. However, the hotel’s café offers delicious coffee and traditional dishes, which made up for it.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. A special thanks to Ly Vy, who was extremely friendly and helpful — she assisted us with everything we needed and gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the city. Our room was decent and equipped with all necessary amenities like shampoo, a hairdryer, toothpaste and toothbrush, slippers, etc. Although the room was quite worn and in need of renovation, it was still comfortable and functional. We stayed on the third floor, so the view wasn't great, but the room was very bright and cozy, which we appreciated.

We had a very enjoyable stay. It's a great modern boutique hotel. Our room was very comfortable, with a huge t.v with netflix, youTube etc. It had a lovely big window/ door on to a small balcony and it overlooked a vegetable garden area. The small roof top pool was great to cool off and relax. Breakfast was good too. It was an easy walk to the beach and to a large mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
