The only negative thing I can comment on is the mattress in the master bedroom. It was very hard. This is very typical of Vietnam but was surprising given how modern and comfortable everything else was in the apartment. After living here for 7 years I understand this is what most Vietnamese people are used to but for us foreigners it's not ideal. The mattress in the 2nd room was much better. This is the only thing that stopped me from giving it 10/10.

This apartment was excellent. Modern and clean. Everything was in working order and the air conditioning was great in this hot weather. The owner was friendly and helpful. I have lived in Vietnam for 7 years and this is one of the best "homestay"/ "bnb" that I have rented. The location is great and there is a 24 hour family mart just 150m down the road. While it's not located in District 1 it's so close that a grab ride is fast and cheap. I will definitely stay again.

Not much to do in district 4, but taxis to nearby district 1 are pretty cheap.

This property is right in center of District 4 and nearby to the city centre. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and as shown in photos. Has a nice reception centre and a convenience store in the same premises. The host Nhung is very prompt and personally came to handover the key and explain everything. Would recomend to stay here. Lots of cafes and restaurants around.

The swimming pool is rather small and sheltered and not ideal if you want to get some sunshine. Bathrooms are small .

Was our first Visit to Vietnam. Great views of the city. Good apartment, was comfortable, clean, and close to shops and street food. Enjoyed the gym and pool that were available. 24/7 security in the lobby. District 4 is safe area, people are very friendly and welcoming to tourists. Very spacious and clean. We stayed here three times as we were going to other cities and coming back to Ho Chi Minh City as our home base. Chi Nhung was so sweet and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Personally, the best thing about these apartments is the washing and drying machine, when you travel to vietnam you'll be sweating heaps and just want to wash your clothes every day. Apartments also had fully equipped kitchenettes. Additionally, so convenient that there is a convenience store downstairs and also a family mart that opens 24/7 two minutes away from the apartment (walking distance).
