breakfast could be more simple but more tasty - most of food was gone after 9:00 when we came down and also if you dont want to eat vietnamese food in the morning there is only toast and jam and peanut butter. Which is also fine becasue hotel is very close to many restaurants and bars :)

It was great stay! patio with swimming pool on the top floor was just amazgin! very nice room, with some wooden details. We rest there properly after days in travel and above (on top floor) from all the mess of the city.

The hotel was very busy with guests that were really loud which the hotel can’t do much about.

Good location. Not far from the beach and bus station. Nice staff, didn’t have much English but were excellent at using google translate! Staff were helpful answering all of my questions. Breakfast was buffet style, which I prefer made to order. But had a good range of food. Rooms were spacious and clean. Rooftop pool was lovely.

Patio light is controlled by the security guard on the ground floor. On all night. Sensor light in toilet has a mind of its own...on and off all night.

Lovely very clean, very large room with balcony. Lovely rooftop pool. Breakfast was okay, but not great if you are after western options. Bathroom and bath were lovely. Great view between other buildings of the water, if your room is on that side of the building. Down the southern end of the beach, so not quite the upmarket tourist area, but okay to walk to things and easy to catch a grab to anywhere.

Beautiful interior, spacious room and very comfortable bed. It was peaceful and quiet, aircon was pleasant and quiet as well. It had kitchen and washer-dryer combo. We enjoyed it so much and had very good rest. We got very tasty chicken noodle soup and fruits for breakfast. Came with free motorbike parking.

The beds were extremely hard, but when we pointed this out the staff were great. They immediately saw about providing mattress toppers which was great. The rooftop pool and seating area is lovely but extremely hot as there is no shade making the seating area unusable in the heat. I like a warm pool but the water may be too hot for some. Some shade covers would easily remedy this.

Location was great, close to the beach and eateries. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a good bathroom. Loved the pool.

We were not allowed to use the swimming pool after 10 pm, although there was no such information given before. Also, it was not very easy to communicate with the staff, and they did not make us feel very welcome, unlike what we have experienced in many other places we visited during our trip. They are nice, but not as warm as many others in this beautiful country. I am sure that if they work on the customer expérience, they will become one of the nicest hotels to stay in.

The room was well equipped and very comfortable, nice furniture and lightening. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast, even through there was just one option a day, not a buffet breakfast like indicated on the site.

had trouble w motorbike rental rear brake giving out after a extended downhill with driver and passenger - so be careful on long steep downhills if you rent bikes from them and in general, really, we’ve seen too many bandaged up tourists on this trip! motorbike did great otherwise on trips to Bai Xep and Eo Gio

There was no window in our room. But for the price we paid it was excellent choise! Around we coner you can find our favourite restoran in Quy Nhon. It is japanese restorant Sho! We visited it 3 times and was was very glad for quality of the food and resonible price. The breackfast in Condotel was OK. We paid there by card for 20 000 VND fee and it was OK for us. And we had late checkout because of visitig Sho! And it was no problem. Thank You so much for that!

It is a distance from the beach, so it is not a walk across the roads. Beach views are from the rooftop pool.

A well maintained hotel with good security. A rood top pool was a pleasant escape from the heat. It is close to great seafood restaurants.
