Great service, very clean room and bathroom. Air-conditioning is perfect and most importantly, it worked silently, it was very comfortable to sleep. The beds were very comfortable with soft mattresses, which is rare in Vietnam.

The aircon unit was not that strong even if set on the lowest setting. There is no elevator so prepare to carry your luggages if youre staying on the higher floors

The room was cozy and very clean when we arrived, it has enough space for two persons. The staff was so helpful from check in to check out. I arrived late but was still able to check in smoothly. The location of the place is also good, there are convenient stores nearby, and many small eateries around. There is a free use of washing machine on the rooftop and a small kitchen + dining area too

Very good value for being in district 1, close to many shops, restaurants and not far from the main attractions in the centre. The room was great, big comfy bed, mini fridge and lots of space to hang clothes. The room also came with a projector that had netflix and YouTube already on it which was amazing to relax in the evening. I loved my stay here and would definitely book again, the staff are really helpful and they let me leave my backpack there after check out for the whole day.

One of our favourite places we stayed across SE Asia - the beds are really comfortable, the whole room was clean and spacious, with a nice private bathroom and good hot water. There was also a projector in the room for watching TV which was an added bonus. Free drinking water is provided, and washing machines and dryers too. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place. Staff were extremely helpful when I wanted to check in early (after an overnight bus). They allowed me to leave my bag for an hour or so (I went and got breakfast) and then my room was ready. It was so so welcome being able to shower and do my laundry and get on with my day. My room was compact but very comfortable and clean. Location is great. Slightly away from the centre but very easy to access the centre and a generally lovely area.

There really was not anything we didn’t like about this property.

The property was super comfortable and easy to get to. Through our travels of Vietnam a lot of the beds are hard, the bed here was super soft and comfortable. The host has been amazing for us, she sent us a list of places to eat and visit also we left an item by mistake and the owner is sending it to our next destination ready for us to collect. Couldn’t be more helpful ! I would recommend this to friends and family

Our stay was exceptional! The beds were super comfortable, the location was quite, but close to the main touristic spots, the room was clean, and there was everything that we needed. The manager kindly shared with us nice places to go to. For this money it couldn't be even better I think.

I had a fantastic stay at Luala Home and was very satisfied with my room. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality—my hosts allowed me to check in early, which I truly appreciated. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The hotel is centrally located yet peaceful, as it is situated at the end of a side street. The sound isolation within the house isn't ideal but it's not a big issue.

While it's more of an airbnb concept, the host was very helpful through whatsapp. She helped us check in early when my boyfriend was feeling ill and made sure we were happy with the room. The room itself is clean and comfy. I liked the location in a quiet street but close to restaurants.

I don't have negative comments. But I'll add things which might be of importance to some. 1. Only the bottom floor is accessible to wheelchairs and baby wagons. The rest is accessible only through a staircase. 2. The top floor room is a little bit on the smaller side due to the physical size of the building. But the private balcony and shared balcony on the other side will accommodate this shortage. 3. No 24/7 personnel on-site, but the response time on WhatsApp is quick and personnel will accommodate your requests above and beyond.

The location is good and peaceful, even during the Tet festivities. The staff is exceptionally friendly! Everything seems new and freshly built with a good quality. The shared kitchen on the top floor is modest but definitely usable. Washer and dryer available, too. The projector TV works great. There's a water filtration system available to fill your bottles with fresh water. Thanks to the staff once more! 😁
