The room has huge and clean. They staff was wonderful. The pool was very clean. The location was perfect, half way between the old town and the beach in a quiet neighborhood, with a few excellent cafes close by. Easy to walk or bike to either the beach or the old city. Really perfect!

Louis Villa is probably the best accomodation I’ve had in a long time - exceptional value for money. The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable. The staff all work efficiently and with kindness. I extended my stay for an extra night and they were happy to accomodate, and made everything so easy.

Just some feedback for improvement: add a few more decorations and maybe some pot plants in the rooms and the place would feel a lot more cozy.

Wow what an amazing property. Beautiful rooms and facilities but the star of the show was Binh! Never met a kinder host in my entire travels. Binh was so attentive and always happy to help. Thank you so much for everything. We loved our stay.

We were allowed to check in early for a charge which was okay but then we were made to change rooms after one night.

Bikes were available free of charge although they could do with a bit of maintenance. Pool was lovely.

The location is not central, but they give you a free bicycle. To come from city center on a Be/Grab scooter is 50vnd, otherwise walking is around 40 min. Also one night was bit noisy from the neighbours partying upstairs.

Everything about this place is great: the room size, the view to the pool, the pool itself is right temperature to refresh, the services you get (like laundry, rentals, etc.). It's a gem hidden in Hoi An. The room being so spacious gives you a real relaxation feeling, as in those expensive resorts.

We booked a room for 3 people and was provided with 2 full sized beds and one fold up bed which was not comfortable. We requested to change the bed which improved the comfort but was still not as comfy as full sized beds.

I love all!! Since the first time we felt at home, the bedrooms are big and very beautiful and lovely decorated, with really quality materials, super comfortable!! The breakfast are delicious made at home in the moment, the swimming pool and the garden are awesome and the staff is truly helpful and careful with the clients. Free bikes are perfect to be free and visit everything!! You pay the same as a poor homestay in the centre of Hoi An but you have something exceptional a little more far (but with bikes you don't feel the distance...). Highly recommended!! Thanks for all!!

Everything was great, we contacted Binh (the manager) when we where in Da Nang and she send us a driver to pick us up and bring us to the homestay. When we arrived in Hoi An, Binh told us about some activities in Hoi An. We could do the laundry at the homestay and rent a motorbike to drive around Hoi An, but you could also lend some bikes (for free). During our stay my boyfriend had his birthday and Binh surprised him with some sweet bakeries and flowers and she cooked local dishes at that day. Additionally she helped us booking a snorkeling trip for the day, which was perfect. The pool at the homestay is also very nice and we could use till late in the evening. We really recommend this Homestay to everybody who wants to visit Hoi An.

The only issue I would say is that there are some neighbouring dogs that do bark quite a bit, maybe a problem if you are a light sleeper, especially in the morning.

Lovely boutique hotel a little out of the town, about a 40,000 Dong (£1.37) Grab taxi to the old town and river. Push bikes available for free or Can rent a motorbike. Large room and bathroom. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable and not hard as many beds are. Fabulous very clean 10m x 5m pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. For me, the beautiful swimming pool is the jewel of the accommodation. A simply and tasty breakfast is server which is cooked and prepared fresh by the host. Fruit and coffee is also server. A filtered water station is also available. Host was very helpful, always smiling and always available. Host can arrange anything you need and really looks after the guests.

very family atmosphere. very large loft style bedroom. the staff were really endowed with a nameless kindness and a great generosity I would not know how to thank them. I spent 1 week there and I would not hesitate to come back or recommend the establishment.
