It would have been nice if the food was replenished even at the end of the time slot. Currently, this only happened when you specifically requested it. Furthermore, it was difficult to distinguish gluten-free options.

We stayed here for one night in August and booked 4 rooms for our party of 13. We had a great stay and were extremely happy with our rooms, thus the 5 star rating. That said, understand that the hotel itself is not a 5-star establishment. The hotel is extremely well located (a few minutes by foot to the night market and very close to the bridge to the old town), it was perfect for what we wanted. The hotel and rooms are a beautiful mix of charm and modern amenities. The rooms felt like they were authentic to Hoi An's history, with beautiful, old, dark wood and heavy, detailed door handles. The rooms are not pristine (in terms of craftmanship), but they are very clean, comfortable, and offer the creaturely comforts of hot water, modern facilities, good A/C, space, and comfortable bedding. The sitting room furniture is not quite as comfortable though. The service was impeccable, warm, and helpful. Breakfast was really good and offered a bountiful, tasty spread of Vietnamese and international cuisine. The welcome drink was delicious and appreciated by all (it was hot when we visited!). The hotel was also very helpful in terms of helping with transportation. My husband and kids also really enjoyed cooling off in the courtyard pool. Overall, though the hotel is a bit pricier than other options, we felt it was worth it for the comfort, charm, and location. Thank you for a great stay, we look forward to returning in the future and for a longer stay!!

The Mr. Bean's pub beside the hotel is really noisy, it's hard to get asleep if you stay at the front portion of the hotel.

Location is real good, room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok too.

It’s on the strip of bars and nightclubs. Unfortunately you can’t escape the music on the ground floor even past midnight.

You’re not far from anywhere in the old town. Staff were very helpful. They brought me breakfast before 6am so I could eat something before my flight.

The hotel is in a great location right next to the water where the boat trips go from. It's close to the Japanese bridge and other attractions. There are supermarkets and the night market close by. Also many restaurants and watering holes. The hotel itself is quite old but very pleasant

Noises from the pool - afternoon full of kids and the pool itself isn’t that big.

The walking distance to everything- just next to the night market, the staff were lovely and the reception Guy Was amazing and with perfect English. Nice breakfast area and nice food wish wasn’t that hot to be able to have breakfast outside on the terrace overlooking the river . Would stay again

Ha! the other guests! don't control their children (screaming, jumping in the pool) & them yelling at each other form one end of the hotel to to other at 6.30am.

Only two things prevent me from giving a 10/10 rating. 1/ The placement of the shower. It seemed like they forgot it and needed to put it somewhere. A huge bathroom with a spa bath but the shower is in the toilet cubicle. So, when you take a shower the whole toilet floor is covered with water. 2/ On the day of check out my plane was delayed. I requested a late check out. Only 1.5 hours. Instead of 12 noon I requested 1:30pm. This was agreed but at a charge of 20% of a nights room rate. I woukd have thought that after a 5 night stay 1.5 hours could have been complimentary.

I stayed in the deluxe pool view room. The room was very nice. Staff were wonderful especially housekeeping who came around the same time every morning. The location for what I wanted was great.

It was in a great location and it came at a cheap price. The staff were all very helpful and they even helped carry my bags up to the room. There was a free bicycle to rent which was great and I got to go for a nice, peaceful cycle around Hoi An. The room was lovely with a bath and shower plus they also gave me a free drink and some food upon arriving.
