Our host was wonderful. We were there just during the day, so we had a base until we caught a night train. We booked it at the last minute and felt very welcome. We arrived at 9am and were offered breakfast at a time that suited our movements. We wished we had stayed there longer. The pool was a great bonus.

The homestay is quite peaceful even though it’s located right in the city center. It’s within walking distance to the Han River, Dragon Bridge, Love Bridge, and the Night Market. There’s a cozy shared space with a kitchen and a bookshelf. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the homestay’s effort to reduce plastic waste by encouraging guests to bring their own toothbrushes and provide refillable water instead of charging for bottled water.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Loka Home & Yoga. The room space is quite basic, but every detail is very clean. The bed is comfortable, and the sheets and pillows are clean and smell nice. The location is very close to the center, so it’s easy to get around. The host is super lovely. I’m really happy with my experience and will definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Loka Home was like a home away from home. The staff were friendly, there was ample space to relax and eat your food, and the room (especially with the balcony) is beautiful.

Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. If possible get the room with the balcony as it is a great place to relax. Laundry services are offered for a competitive price. Easy to walk to Dragon Bridge nearby. People who run the place are very nice.

I was on 3rd floor - so just be prepared it is a walk up and there is no lift. The street may seem a bit quiet at night so you might consider that if it is of concern to you. But i did not experience any safety issues while I was there. Unfortunately, and it was not the fault of the hotel, they had issues with their card machine so I had to go get cash to pay - and it was a public holiday so it took a while to find a cash machine that was working, maybe it would be good to warn people in advance if this may be the case

Convenient location - right near the son tra night market and along the riverside. It's a 20-30 minute walk across the bridge to the main street of eateries and han market on the other side of the river. Really good value for quality of the room - it was very comfortable and and clean - aircon and additional standing fan were great for the hot weather

Everything exceeded expectations

I booked Loka after struggling to find anything decent or good value. Hanna looked after my needs from the very start, allowing my early check in and late check out even though it was very last minute. Throughout my time there she helped me all requests and assistance i needed. The accommodation i so central, near the night market and golden bridge. I didn't manage to do a yoga class but the studio is top notch. The room is the cleanest and most comfortable I've had in my 3 weeks travelling. Modern and lots of space. The reception area is also so pretty, lots of books available to read and overall, you can see a lot pf heart has been put into this. Oh and upon arrival i had the best fresh lemon juice too 😊 Hanna really allowed me to feel at home, helped me a lot and gave me the best last memories in vietnam. Definitely a place to return to especially if staying more days 😌

Location was great. One street away from a main street, and the night markets, so access to restaurants, the river, the markets were all within walking distance.
