Rooms are nestled among a lovely garden and courtyard. Food at the restaurant is great. Staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Motorbike rental, tour arrangements, and laundry service are all available on site. Facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. Rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for us. Location is just a short walk to the market and ancient town. We are so happy we stayed here for as long as we did!

Mosquitos are attracted to place like a magnet (mosquitos are not uncommon in Vietnam but this was the only place during my stay in Vietnam that mosquitos got to me). There is a net above the bed which was helpful in keeping the mosquitoes out when sleeping.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here while in Hoi An. Great walking distance to the Old Town and the rice field area. The common area outside was spacious & nicely shaded (felt very homey). The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The family that owns the place is friendly (they are usually in the front/common area if you needed anything. There is a place to store your luggage if you arrive early/leaving later.

I had a great stay at this homestay in Hoi-An! The rooms are new, well-designed, and super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing. The host is amazing—friendly, helpful, and really makes you feel at home. A big bonus is the Vegetarian restaurant on-site, serving delicious food. Highly recommend!

Nothing to complain about.

Such a beautiful homestay! It’s right in the center of the city but hidden in a smaller aisle/area so it feels very peaceful. Lots of palm trees and plants and outdoor seating. We also got a free room upgrade because they didn’t have a standard room available, so that was nice. For the price you get excellent value, I wish we could stay there longer.

I was waiting to be very close to the center ,night market,lanterns etc but you need some time but this is not an issue.There was a dog somewhere inside the property or next door that was crying and barking all night very very loud,it was screaming every day but anybody took care of it even if they were outside and listened what was happening.

It was the nicest stay during our trip to Vietnam!The place is so beautiful ,clean and the rooms are specious. I would definitely return back.

Our shower didn't had a door or curtain, which made the rest of the bathroom wet. The homestay is located a bit far from the centre, around 30 minutes walk.

The beds are comfortable. One of the softer ones we had in four weeks in Vietnam. The staff is very kind and helpful. There's free filtered water at the reception.

I love the familiar vibe of the whole homestay. The willigness to help from the owners was absolutely fantastic, and overall such a great experience. The room was fantastics and the beds super super comfortable and clean.

The staffs were all very friendly, helpful and hard working. The room was nice with comfortable facilities, hot water and even mosquito protection up the ceiling. Location is not too far from the Old Town and the beach. The weather was a little bit cold during my stay but with walking and cycling, it was the perfect to enjoy Hoi An. Will surely returning and enjoying more conversations with them next time soon.

A beautiful property with helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the terrace where we could sit and enjoy a drink. Free drinking water. Good location not far from Hoi An old town, close to shops, restaurants and rice paddies.

The location is 2 kms from Old Town. But you have all shops and restaurents just outside the stay. Its like a garden cafe with stays and chairs and tables under the trees. Very relaxed ambience. The owner Linh is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place!! Recommended by someone and I wasn't disappointed. Very spacious double room with huge windows and big comfy bed. Really cute outside area that felt very naturey with lots of lanterns. Very helpful staff who looked after us well, one of the ladies kindly made a few calls for me when I left something on a bus. Food is lovely also. 10/10!!

The aircon in our room takes time to cool the room.

The place is as advertised. It looks so good and clean as well. However, the location is quite far from old town, it's a long walk so you would either have to take a Grab to the touristy area.
