I have really appreciated the hotel, especially the location and the staff really kind and helpful! They have rooms with no window. We booked one and I didn’t feel comfortable because of outdoor light and small size of room. but they have also room with windows and good size. Just be sure to book the right one if you don’t feel well with room without window.

Older hotel. Room and bathroom very small. Our a/c wasn’t very strong anymore.

Location was great for old quarter. Staff were quick to answer question. Breakfast was great and staff in breakfast room really wanted to ensure we were happy.

The room was NOT 25 sq meters but smaller. Bathroom shower was hand held on a plastic hook and sprayed all over the place plus there was NEVER hot water but warm water.

Staff was amazing friendly especially Kelly at the front desk. Breakfast was good too.

You need to walk into an alley to get to the hotel.

It’s the Ideal location to visit historical places and shopping malls. Everything is in walking distance. The room was very clean. Breakfast is excellent.

I clearly mentioned I’d need a quiet room, although the staff answered Yes, unfortunately they gave a room right next to stairs can heard the people walk up and down very loud and till midnight, lift noise the same.

A hidden treasure for the budget conscious traveler. Loved my stay here. Down the end of a lane off the Main Street. Really quiet, yet within 500 meters to the original Saigon Market and walking distance to most city attractions. The breakfast in the morning is a great way to start your day. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back.

It was unfortunate that there was building works going on next door, making it very noisy at night (near midnight). This is obviously out of their control.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Always willing to help. They always had a smile on their face and were always willing to chat and give recommendations. Every staff member was very nice and made our stay very homey. We can't even describe how sweet they were!

I thought I was going to have a balcony spot. I was in basically a basement below the lobby.

The room was a lot smaller than expected and not as brushed up as we expected, but considering the price it is still good. It's a room for sleeping, period.

Our room was at the bottom of the stairs so we could hear all the other hotel guests clearly as they went up and down the staircase, if you are a light sleeper you may not want this room.

The hotel was a little difficult to find at first (Google Maps gave us incorrect directions, Grab map was more accurate) but once you find it it's great — centrally located in District 1 but set back from the main street down an alleyway so much quieter. Lots of sights to see and food/drink spots within walking distance and the neighbourhood was busy but felt safe, even at night. Room was quite small with just a bit of space to walk around the bed, but we were fine with this as we weren't spending much time inside except to sleep. The breakfast was great with an omelette/egg station, rotating local Vietnamese dishes, some Western food, and fresh fruit and pastries. All the staff were super friendly, helpful, and hospitable.

Double room we stayed in was much smaller than expected, it felt quite cramped. There was no city view or balcony like in the advertised photos There were two very small square windows, no natural light in the room, it felt like a cupboard There were water marks on the wall beneath the A/C unit Very hot without A/C, very cold with A/C More expensive than I would have paid for that particular room (601) although others might be better value for money

This is a cute little budget hotel in a great location. We had 2 rooms which were pretty small/compact but comfortable. The lower floor room had no windows and the one on the higher floor had a small window. The rooms are clean and the hotel kept tidy.

Kelly was exceptional - incredibly attentive to our needs and always so approachable. We’ve been travelling around Vietnam for two weeks and this was the best customer service we’ve seen. This is consistent with the great service in their sister hotel, Little Gem in Hoi An. The property was in an ideal location in District 1, while being situated down a little alley lended to its charm which other nearby hotels might lack. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. If you can book the penthouse suite, it’s worth it for that extra space, comfort as well as a fantastic balcony with great views.

The owners of the hotel were truly amazing, helpful and made our stay special. The breakfast was really good, with fresh fruits, scrambled eggs as well as vietnamnese-typical breakfast options. The location of the hotel was near all important sights in Ho Chi Minh City, so it was quite easy to reach everything by foot. The only negative thing was that our room was a bit small with no window and the A/C didn't work properly.
