Very comfortable hotel, close to the Old Town. Exceptionally lovely staff, very attentive to our needs and a pleasure to be around. We really enjoyed our time in Hoi An and this hotel made it even better…..absolutely give them the highest of recommendations. Kate and Cherry were two of the staff that really assisted us with our requests!

Transport rates can be more compatible as Grab rates was much affordable and prompt. Airport transfer rates on booking.com pick up was better than hotel. Will be good to see how ur transport rates can be compatible.

The service of the team . Great location. There were some mix up but they handled it well with solutions and empathy. Location is perfect its walkable to old town yet calm to enjoy minus the noise. Recommended for singles, couples, families till seniors.

Great location, outstanding staff. The staff was extremely helpful in not just giving us the perfect recommendations for making the stay great, but also looking out for us and making apt suggestions so that we stayed safe and did not get caught up in unsafe weather at unsafe locations (typhoon). Special thanks to Rose and Richard for making my mom and my trip comfortable and fun :)

Centrally located. Away from the sound, but 2 min away from old quarters. Perfect balance. Cute and quaint. Lovely comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Located not far from the Night Market and many local restaurants along the river; also, just a 5 minute walk to the old town. The breakfast was very good with egg & omelette's made to order.

Everything, in the lobby I could buy great photos presenting Hoi An architecture, life style, people. IT was a great souvenir from this great City😀

Lack of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, sliding door into ensuite was stubborn to close. En suite was right next to bed - not very far or clear enough away from sleeping position. TV signal was inconsistent. Laundry service expensive.

Presentation of accommodation and hospitality of staff were both of a great standard. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Free shuttle service to the beach. Good to have additional shutters to help muffle the noise from a busy location.

The Hotel is located a short walk from the shopping and restaurant area and from the bars and restaurant area which was convenient for both. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with a wide variety of choice. Our room was clean and comfortable with a big bathrooms and balcony. The air conditioning was excellent. The free shuttle bus to the beach was a bonus. The staff were super attentive and Kate the head concierge was friendly and very helpful.

I booked a luxury manicure and pedicure, but unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations despite the two-hour treatment and the clear effort put in by the staff member.

A very cozy hotel in a perfect location. The breakfast was fabulous! We booked a river-view room, but unfortunately, we couldn't see the little boats with lanterns from the balcony as we had hoped.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the best location right on the river and just minutes walk over the bridge into the ancient town. The staff were amazing, treat you like royalty, always checking that you’re OK, nothing is too much trouble, especially Kate and Cherry on front desk. The breakfast was lovely, so many choices. Great to have free bikes to go exploring. The room was great and loved the balcony overlooking the river. Would definitely return and highly recommend 😊
