We had a fabulous stay at this Hotel. It is in a perfect location for exploring, just a walk or short taxi ride away from the Old Town with some shops and good restaurants close by! The breakfast was great and catered for most. The staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming and they really made our stay exceptional. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

There was nothing.

The staff in this hotel were fantastic. They had v good english and explained everything very well. They helped organise shows and recommed a very good tailor in town. The lady at the reception was just so lovely, very helpful. Indeed they personally greeted you at breakfast etc. Very attentive to solo travrllers. Also the rooms were huge and very comfortable. Love it.

Four broken-down bicycles first-come first-serve without ability for reservation. For such a remote hotel they should either get several decent bicycles or throw them out and arrange a bike rental service to deliver. Nearest bike rental in center of town. Odd lighting bright in all the wrong places. Three separate light sources blasting the bed but barely any at desk and bathroom. One of the hot water outages was denied by reception. Sixty meter cobblestone passageway is blocked to most traffic (you can see this long road on maps) so I had to roll bags to hotel entrance upon arrival and when using cabs. Request unblocking the gate or ask to assistance ahead of time. No blame to staff but management needs to make improvements.

Clean, comfortable bed, great balcony and view. Restaurant staff brilliant and friendly. Breakfast wonderful. Large unheated pool cool but clean.

Absolutely nothing to dislike

Location, staff both at front reception and restaurant were absolutely amazing and genuinely friendly. Could not have asked for a better and spacious room with a balcony and proximity to old town.

The room had a problem, in the middle of the night, strong and disturbing noise caming from the tube, always wake me up several times. Nothing sorted! Until raise awareness again in the check out, and showed two videos with more then 1 m each, it was not always, but happened in 3 of the 5 nights. Another thing that was not really nice, was the hotel had plenty of rooms empty in my floor, and in 3 nights, settled people the room beside. it could be more unconscious, because we went there to rest, relax and we had same noisy neighbors. Always talking loud at night, even in the balcony, snorkeling really loud, also don't respect the silences signs in the hall, and make a lot of noise, with doors, people caming and talking, entering and out was really upsetting.

The pool, breakfast and attendance of the staff really lovely.

Restaurant food options and quality (except breakfast)

Rooms, cleanliness, staff and comfort. Our room was a 10/10. We had a gorgeous room, beautifully furnished and so comfortable. Felt like real luxury. a special thanks to ANNA, TRACY and the staff in the breakfast room.

I recently enjoyed a 5 night stay at Le Pavillion. The hotel is in a tranquil riverside setting, the rooms are spacious and so comfortable, with beautiful views. The facilities are all excellent, I used the gym which was well equipped for my needs. Most of all, the staff here are wonderful and do everything to make sure your stay is memorable!. The hotel is a pleasant 15-20 min walk into town. Bicycles are also provided. Special mention to Ana, Tracy, Hanna & Yang - for their kindness and courtesy to me each day. I highly recommend staying here and would have no hesitation to return again!

Beautiful pool, amazing staff (especially Tracy, William and Lien!), spacious and very clean room, and great location just out of the hustle and bustle, but with food options just a short walk away and easy Grabs into the centre.

We loved everything

Everything! It’s stunning and the pictures don’t do it justice! The breakfast has so many options and changes everyday. The poolside and garden are beautiful and it’s the perfect place to relax. It’s also only a 20 minute walk into the old town so it is super nice and quiet whilst still being close to many things. The rooms are super clean and also beautifully designed and have everything you need. The staff is absolutely amazing and everything was just outstanding. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Wish I could stay longer!

Staff is welcoming, always pleasant and helpful. Hotel location is great, short bike ride to town and to the beach. Quiet area, no roosters, very calm atmosphere. Breakfast is good, wide selection of food. Staff is the best.

I didn’t like the pick up location whenever I caught a grab. I didn’t mind to walk a little bit to the pick up location. However, when it rained, it was not convenient to walk under the rain.

a little too far from the centre. too far to walk, needed taxis, which were cheap. hotel bar closed too early and nothing available when returning from dinner. pool bar never attended.... probably lack of people.

nice room. good standard. but the town centre is fabulous.
