The running water streams in front of the room bring a lot of mosquitos and frogs making noise most of the time.

Had an issue with the AC in the room. Which I got to the notice of the reception and they immediately changed the room for us

Electric sockets weren’t good. Could plug in chargers which were locally purchased and fitted everywhere else we’ve been.

Staff were great! 👍 Pool was great. Breakfasts were great choice and freshly made and quick to arrive too. Location was excellent but don’t just eat in the night market. Superb restaurant just up the street and on the other side of street. Not sure of the name but looked at Google reviews.

The building and rooms are "tired" and in need of maintenance. This does not show in the photos on the web. The breakfast was limited and disappointing.

The location is very good in Duong Dong with local cafes, shops, and restaurants. It was also not far to the beach. The rooms were clean and plenty of space. The price is good and aligned with what you get.

We booked 2 rooms. One was more up-to-date than the other. Often we would wake up with ant bites.

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. They were able to sort everything we needed. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and the location is great and private.

The location was great but you needed to get through a dark alley (potentially) with dogs barking at you. There was some noisy machinery which made it difficult to sleep at night.

One of the staff in the restaurant that give cooking courses seemed a little annoyed when we asked questions, but don’t know if it was due to the language barrier.

Very nice pool area, which is good as it is quite far from a good beach. A little walking distance to the Main Street, but very close to the night market. The staff is friendly but you might need google translate. We did not get the breakfast buffet as we thought, but they had a fixed menu you could chose from.

Resort a bit old

5 star for location. Very near and 5 minutes walkable distance to the Duong Dong big markets and rows of shops and eateries. Bus stop to free Vinbus services no.s 17 n 19 nearby. Queen size bed for 6 of us with 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning is excellent. Very nice quiet rooms as hotel was situated at slightly elevated level and yet near main road access (D Tran Hung Dao). The pool is open from 6 am to 10 pm and is not crowded. It was beautifully maintained with good filtration and very clean; it was really very nice to have a good swim after a hot day . Staff were prompt to requests. Free and good a la carte breakfast with varied menu. Will stay here again next time .

The sign on the main road at the beginning of the alley really needs to be done nicer. The taxi dropped us there and seeing the run down side and a sketchy looking alley made me want to turn around and leave.
