We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

VietnamWe couldn't use the door locks, including main door and the balcony door. At night, we managed to find ways to block both doors using furniture and eventually had a decent sleep. It would be best if the hotel can check on these locks so that guests can feel safe in the room.
I booked a room with no breakfast included as it was only for 1 night stay but the Hotel was kind enough to offer buffet breakfast vouchers for us. The room was clean, spacious. It was equipped with high tech devices for lighting, furniture look nice and new. Bed was comfy enough. Breakfast was mostly local dishes and it was okay.

United KingdomThe minibar, they give you all the items in the out of date in if you try them they charge you even if it’s out of date none of the staff speak English properly. I have to use Google translate and when I came to the hotel, the room was dirty it wasn’t clean and ready for you. It was warm. It took 24 hours to air condition to call down the room.
