Cute little boutique hotel in the heart of Hoi An, close to old town and minutes walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and river yet still surprisingly quiet. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast is good, the bar serves up great drinks and has a happy hour. Pool is nice to cool down after being out in the heat. Overall a great stay and would stay again!

The shower is in a bathtub which has got quite high sides with no hand rails so a bit of a falls risk, had to be careful as slippery

TV channels not great, area beside pool very small and had to time it right to get sun. But the pool being under cover was welcomed as it ensured it was refreshing.

Hoi An was a little touristy for us. You have this idyllic river with boats and lanterns and all the pubs around it playing top-volume music from heavy metal to ABBA - really bizarre. Our favourite place was Sa Pa and Ha Noi. The Spa at the hotel was okay - a little dark in the basement and it did not seem to be very professional.

The service at the hotel was fantastic, the staff could not do enough for you and it was really fantastic. Laundry service was affordable. Breakfast was outside on the patio and the balcony at the room had a great view. Almost next door was the youth hostel with cheap menu items, good food and great cocktails.

I cant find fault, we stàyed in a river view room which had a nice view with a balcony. Price is great breakfast is fine and staff are good people. Absolutely would stay here again and recommend.

The staff here are amazing and so nice and helpful, they made me feel so comfortable here. Location is great as its walking distance to the old town with many restaurants plus a short drive to the beach. Rooms are modern clean, good size, good bed and breakfast is what u expect from a mid level boutique hotel and I loved sitting out front eating, looking at the water. Its a period style hotel with a warm comfortable feel to it. I wanted to thank Sally and the staff for looking after us

The staff need to get their information updated regarding check-in times at airports. We nearly fell for the information we got, but after checking on Google we were ok.

Comfortable room. Perfect location right next to the old town. 15 min bicycle ride to the beach. Perfect taxi service.

In addition to the nice location, the great breakfast and the quiet room, the staff has been amazing. The helped us organizing our activities. For a very early visit they gave to each of us a breakfast bag so we could have it there. We recommend it.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Easily walkable to the Old Town, and near the even market and bars, but far enough to still be wonderfully quiet at night.

Although we did not have a problem, others may find the walk to the Night Market and Japanese Bridge a bit too far. Covered pool is small with few sunbeds.

Fabulous staff including Jenny, Lily and Sally. Thanks to all staff! Discount for and availability of spa facilities. I have stayed at this property before and felt like the welcome mat was rolled out for us. Buffet breakfast has numerous options and was very good.
