Like this little resort very much with relaxing small pool and comfortable family … both my girls love it very much. The price was came with breakfast, we enjoy the breakfast with greenery atmosphere. Resort is with good location… near to John’s tour with Vinbus free tour station. We could access to most of the place with this free tour service. Hai was very nice, he was so caring to full fill our need. An old uncle who take care of resort of resort at night also very helpful even he couldn’t understand English.

Breakfast is not much options and portions not large. During our stay, there was big group of tourists, but food was not enough for whoever came late for breakfast like us.

Our room had a gap under the front door so we had hundreds of ants in our room, we tried to use the doormat to stop this but it was frustrating every time we came in and out of the room. The bed sheets had lots of stains on, we'd recommend they need to be replaced. The breakfast buffet was quite basic and sparse, there could be more options there like fruit, pastry, juice, milk etc. It is just eggs and a small offering of bread. The bar and restaurant at the resort was closed so there wasn't much atmosphere which was a shame. The pool area could've been cleaner, there was lots of leaves and greenery in and around the pool. The room was very bright when the sun came up, it needed a curtain over the glass door.

The location is central as it's close to restaurants, bars and the beach (we couldn't swim at the beach as unfortunately it was filled with rubbish and litter with sewage pipes running out onto the beach from resorts). It's also 10 mins to the airport which is good and on the main free shuttle bus route to the cable car and Grandworld. The room was spacious, fairly modern and clean with a big balcony. There was a fridge, good air con, fan, toiletries, good hot shower, comfy bed, so it had everything we needed for a few nights stay. The man on reception was very friendly, helpful and welcoming when we arrived, offering a room upgrade.

Although the room was fine and I have no complaints, a previous room I have stayed in was nicer. I would have liked the option of fresh milk for my tea at breakfast instead of just condensed milk

Rooms need some renovation. Cleaning has to be improved! Bathroom was quite dirty. Hot water runs out quickly. Breakfast is just ok. Everyday same limited choice.

There is a house connected to the property towards the back and when my family and I were trying to enjoy the pool, a massive argument/screaming match was coming from that house - they also have a toy poodle that is not trained well so it barks constantly and at all hours of the night and the early morning. They don't provide fresh kiln with coffee (strange as it's so cheap and a really easy fix) and I had no idea what the shampoo was or the hand soap because the bottles are in Vietnamese and it would be an easy fix to write it in English.

The rooms were incredibly clean. They have an excellent mini/midi fridge in each room, which is nice and cold, perfect for storing any leftovers or cold drinks. The pool is really nice and the place is decently quiet. The breakfast buffet doesn't seem like it would be that good but it's actually pretty good! They were accommodating with my family, we requested two rooms to be next to each other and when you need more towels they're happy to give them to you.

We loved that it was a small resort and although it was on the main road, once you went into the resort it was very quiet. Staff were really helpful and very caring. We liked it so much we stayed a few more days.

Air conditioners and fridges are a bit noisy in some rooms.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, special thanks to Hai! Breakfasts were delicious. Rooms were cleaned daily, pool was great. We had 3 rooms for 10 days and would not choose any other place to stay in this price range.

It’s better to get the room upstairs since the soundproof is not very great. we are bothered by people walking upstairs especially early in the morning.

the room is very big. the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location but still need a bike to get to some nice beach bar. The breakfast was decent enough.

We had a brilliant stay here, loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay. The people are really sweet and helpful. the rooms are clean and they serve nice breakfast every morning. The property is close to the airport, and the central market. Totally recommend!
