Great city views ruined by dirty glasses. Restaurant or rather a small cafe like a shop at the roof top was basic. Floor was dirty and walking barefoot was tricky within the room. But the staff cleaned it the following day when I mentioned it and sandals were provided.

Close to the city and other attractions. Value for money. Better views of the city. Staff were polite and courteous. Laundry facility for a fee was available and used it.

the shower could do with an enclosure of sorts to keep the floor dry. the breakfast, altho generous, needs a bit of improvement to actually feel like breakfast rather than lunch. the reception staff also need to be a bit more friendly and somehow polish their communication skills and command of english.

the room rates are very friendly and perfect for groups. we appreciated the balconies and the view they afforded. the bellhop is a very cheerful and helpful fellow, lending warmth and cheer to the general vibe of the place. he would actually be an asset at the reception desk.

JP style bedrooms, quite comfy and tactical. good location, easy access to almost everywhere. nice roomview over the river, higher floor better view. good, comfy parking lots right in front. No extra parking fee.

The house keeping is not very organised. They don't always clean the room thoroughly.

Comfortable beds, good shower pressure and beautifull smelling bathroom products. Great views and quiet. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. The pool was refreshing and covered so no problems with getting sunburnt. The balcony was fantastic for drying clothes as it was glassed in and very hot.

The quality of breakfast- not much of variety ,particularly fruits.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional except may be quality of breakfast- no variety at all ,not much of fruits,especially for vegetarians. Location,size of room,smart TV,views from the room - everything was very good.Overall very good value for money.

Brand new hotel, with high standard rooms. Great view from the balcony, with all necessary amenities. Big nice bathroom with a bathtub. Nice terrace with small pool at the 12th floor. Only 8-10min by car from airport, also about 10min by car to the beach. Breakfast was okey.

No real western style breakfast (plenty of Asia options, though). Western style coffee not included, can be purchased at bar. Shower cabin was leaking water through rest of bathroom. Quite a walk to the happening parts of Downtown (appx. 45 minutes).

Smart japanese toilet was great. Best ever! Breakfast on rooftop was also nice. Nice hot shower. Very clean on arrival.
