Spacious, clean, and comfortable design of the room with free and unlimited drinking water and towels provided for guests. The staff are helpful and nice to share anything I ask them about. Their recommendations are good.

Nothing not to like about the boutique hotel

It was clean had a plunge pool and very peaceful. The staff were extremely accommodating also left us a personal note upon leaving. Close to all the local shops and not far grab or taxi to the beach.

LeDas house is such a neat spot in DeNang - we wished we had stayed longer. Its great for families, and in a great location near to Dragon bridge and lots of restaurants/cafes & local coffee. We will be back!

We loved the design and comfort of this hotel: so much attention to detail. Beds were comfortable, air con perfect and the pool a welcome addition. We wish we could have stayed longer. Special mention to Piggy the dog who was a delight for our children!

Great atmosphere. Lovely, very clean rooms. Excellent facilities. The hosts were very charming. The location was great - very close to the river and great places to eat. And Piggy, the French bulldog was very happy to have his tummy rubbed. We wished we were staying longer.

Ladahouse is a lovely place to stay in Da Nang. I stayed for a few days and really appreciated its simple, thoughtful design - minimalist but with everything you need. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a perfect spot to relax. The location The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotell is simply perfect. The room is spacious, cozy and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful and the location is very convenient to visit Da Nang. If we return to Da Nang, we will definitely stay at Lada's House.

There were some spots in the bathroom that needed a bit more careful cleaning.

The facilities and decoration was extremely tasteful, and well thought. They are exactly as the pictures. The staff were also really nice and helpful, my husband lost his sunglasses, they found it and gave it back to him.

Honestly, nothing.

Great location, quiet, clean, comfortable room (we were in a "family" room with separate sleeping rooms off a shared area with table, kitchenette, and bathroom). Everything we needed for our five day stay in Da Nang. Appreciated the filtered water in reusable glass bottles to cut down on plastic waste. Staff was super helpful (via Google translate) and made our first visit to Vietnam easy and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Da Nang.

Book it if you are reading this review . I always read the reviews to check and this place was above my expectations from the staff ,rooms and an adorable little dog called piggy . Also if you are a koi fish enthusiast like me they have some stunning koi fish ,colours I've never seen .

I like the environment of the lada's house, its very calm and peaceful. you will feel secure. The rooms are like Boho styled. The one thing i recommend is cleaning the things properly.

The location was in the middle of city centre near the lake so everything was accessible by foot. Although, it takes 10-15 mins to reach the My khe beach by Cab/Scooty.

An awesome location with everything in walking distance. A little hidden gem in the city. Very secure with a coded lock entrance. Very good communication. It's like having your own little home in the city. Very cute little welcome notes and goodbye gifts. Would definitely return to this place next time I'm in Da Nang.
