Staying with Long and his family was a great experience. The house is in a quiet area close to many cheap good eateries and coffee places, close to two ponds and even the ricefields are nearby.The family lives in a beautiful house where they have four rooms that they rent out. I had a very spacious room with fan and ac, a refrigerator tv and kettle. The bed and cushion are very comfortable. There is a very spacious bathroom and a small balcony. The family is very nice and quiet and have the best service ever. As a stayed a few days I could take a bike for free and Mr. Long even dropped me of at my next location in town. Would love to come back one day.

Better restaurants nearby would be nice. A guidebook to Hoi An would be helpful.

The host family is very helpful and thoughtful. Privacy is good. Free bicycle is a big plus. Neighborhood is quiet. Communication is good, particularly with the lady of the house.

There is nothing to dislike about this property, everything was perfect for us

The property was beautiful and clean. The room was a great size, immaculate and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable too The property is a 25 minute walk to the old town or Ang Nang beach, or a short taxi ride

The only small downside was the rooster, which would crow at random times, even during the night, occasionally waking us up. While it added a bit of charm to the countryside atmosphere, it did affect our sleep at times.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Homestay! From the moment I arrived, the family went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Their kindness and hospitality truly made my experience unforgettable. The house itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was being able to rent a scooter directly through the family, which made exploring the area so convenient.

Everything was great! I ended up staying longer than originally planned.

Excellent homestay ran by a lovely family. The homestay is in a very calm and safe area, near to a lot of local coffee shops and a very nice park. The room is extremely clean (probably the cleanest I’ve stayed at in Vietnam), with private bathroom, hot water, AC, fan, tv and a very comfy bed! The family is super nice and welcoming 🤍

Perfect room, clean and comfortable. One of our favourite places we’ve stayed on our trip, the host family was so welcoming and drove us to our bus as our taxis cancelled last minute - so kind, really made us feel at home! Bikes available, quiet but central location, free drinking water.

The bed was SO comfortable it felt like a cloud. The room was extremely clean and the host was super nice! Location is pretty perfect, only about 30 minutes walk to the Old quarter. Would recommend!

Lovely place! They offer water to fill and bikes which makes getting around so easy, you can get to the center, beach and rice fields in no time. The place is super quiet and clean. I didnt miss anything while staying here. Theres plenty places around to eat. The owner is so helpful with everything. He always has good advice and welcomes you warmly. I would stay here again anytime. 😊

Pictures weren't exactly the same, so not as expected. No garden view kind of balcony. The bed is quite hard, and there's only 1 hand towel, no bath towel. Nothing is around by walking distance.

The room is super clean. And in a quiet area. The host family is super nice, welcoming, and helpful.

Really nice homestay ( 3 star hotel ) and for a competitive price. The staff were so helpful ! Between booking taxis to helping get our tour tickets booked + tailor, they went above and beyond to help us ! I’d stay here again
