Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness, maintenance, breakfast, everything was at the highest level. The room amenities were rich and nothing was missing. But if I have to single out one thing, it would be the staff, who made the stay unforgettable. Everyone was helpful, smiling and it was a pleasure to contact the staff with anything. I especially have to mention Daniel from the reception who helped us arrange a pick-up from the hotel on the day of our departure

The fridge is not cold enough to keep drinks cool and there is no temperature control to make the fridge colder.

The breakfast was fresh and the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms are well appointed, the beds comfortable and the water hot.

Breakfast could be served a bit later (for those that are jet legged).and the pool to stay open later so you could have an evening swim after being out all day. Maybe some more healthy cereal choices and more variety of fruit at breakfast.

What a lovely gem away from the chaos. Our room was spacious and quiet with really comfortable beds. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. We felt really at home.

The breakfast was very good.Rooms spacious,huge double bed. Excellent air-con. Location close to the old quarter,almost walking distance. Grab-taxi service avai;able everywhere,at a cheap rate. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with every request we had. Will definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Nothing - it was great!

Great service - very personal. The staff were amazing, especially Sophie, Taylor, Alice and Tracy! Jason was very helpful when one of us got lost at night. Lovely pool. Fabulous rooftop bar where you could watch the sunset. My wife loved the spa - amazing treatments and again lovely staff. We went for our 30th anniversary and they made us feel very special! Will definitely be recommending it to our friends!

The pool currently closes at 6pm, so it would be great if it could stay open a bit longer. However it’s near the restaurant and I understand the hotel wants to ensure swimming guests have privacy.

Had a great stay in one of the chic wing rooms. The space was clean and bright, and we loved how our room on the eleventh floor was just a few steps to the gym, pool, and bar/restaurant. Staff were all very kind and helpful throughout the stay, and location was close to both the bustle of the old quarter and the relaxing vibes of West Lake. Definitely recommend!

Such a nice hotel! Clean, good air quality in the room, nice faclities overall! The staff is so welcoming and helping. We got so much help from Alice who even offered to help us on her day off. Definently coming back next time we are in Hanoi.

The rooftop bar was very overpriced, but with plenty of bars in the area you don’t need to go there

The hotel is located in a brilliant area with lovely coffee shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful and the bed was the comfiest we’ve ever slept in at a hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and lovely too. Would stay again!!

Great location. Chris was fabulous and very helpful, he made sure he answered all our questions and shared personal experiences which made the stay enjoyable. Will certainly be back to stay at the hotel if we visit Hanoi again.

The breakfast is good but can be improved. The WiFi connection wasn't as good as previous places where we stayed in Vietnam.

The bedrooms were super comfortable and clean. A big plus was the friendliness of the staff. Good sized pool and beautiful space.

We had the most amazing stay here. The staff is so incredibly friendly and professional (special shout-out to Tracy :) ) Our flight was in the evening and, while late check out wasn't possible, they kept our bags and let us take a shower before the flight. The room was huge, bright, quiet despite being in a busy street, and very clean. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, what a view. I would recommend to everyone, you won't regret.
