the family who runs this is so kind, they helped me get laundry done, rent bikes, and even a car to the airport. my room was very comfortable and the balcony was beautiful! it's pretty close to the old town as well, about a 10 min walk

The best place we’ve stayed in Vietnam! As soon as we saw our room we decided to extend another 2 nights here. The huge windows and beautiful balcony sold us! Such a comfortable stay and very clean. It is not far into town but also close to the rice fields which we cycled (great bike hire with the Homestay) through to reach the beach on the other side.

The stay was great, my room is on 3rd floor so it was quiet, it well equipped, the AC in the room worked well, bonus is the wall mounted fan so the air could be better circulated in the room, bed was comfortable. The staff was calm even when I reached the place very late, around midnight. I paid really not much for this stay and things just went beyond my expectation.

Run by a really nice, honest family. They were so helpful, offer laundry services and motorbike rental. I availed of the laundry service and it was so good got it back the following day and the clothes smelled lovely and were so clean! About 20 minutes walk from the old town but it’s nice and quiet. Beds and pillows very comfy. Such good value for money.

A lovely family welcomed us upon arrival. Although we were tired after a long day of travel, we were able to get a good night's sleep thanks to the comfortable and spacious bed. The room was spotless, came with a balcony and the homestay was modern and new. We were also able to rent a motorbike directly from the homestay, which was very convenient for our early morning trip to My Son. The location is excellent—about a 15-minute walk to the city center, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the old town. On our departure day, we had a late flight, and our host was kind to allow us to stay in the room until 8 p.m. for a small fee, so we could spend our last day just relaxing and enjoying our favourite places in Hoi An. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended, even for longer stays in Hoi An.

The hotel and the facilities are very new and in great conditions. The room is super comfortable. The owners support with whatever is needed: tours, laundry, motorbike rental, taxis, etc. Also it is just 15 min walking from the centre. A pleasure to be there!

The place is very clean and the staff is nice! We had an amazing stay. The place is new so it looks great. My family was also very happy with it. We would go back here if we ever visited Hoi An again. I would recommend this place as it is only 10-15 mins from the old town and well located

New and clean place. Huge balcony. Very nice bed. Nice decor. Nice host. Location is between the beach and the main touristy area. Very peaceful with a great vegan restaurant downstairs. The host was kind of enough to had a desk to the room which was needed for my work. Very flexibel and kind approach.

It was hard to balance the temperature of the room, the AC worked really well but in the night got quite cold. Could do with a thicker bed sheet maybe. Other than that everything was perfect.

We had a lovely stay here, the family who run it are very nice and helpful, we even extended our stay a couple more nights cause we liked it so much. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean, they came to clean and give us fresh towels too which I appreciate. The location was good as we could walk a little bit to get to the centre, there were enough food options close by to choose from as well. Laundry was cheap and done with care, cost 35,000D per kg.

The road on which it resides is a bit busy and can get noisy, but at night it was quiet.

Great and friendly hosts, great location (in between the old town, where you could walk, and the beach which is a bit further away the other side). Room was nice and spacious and had a very large balcony (can also use it for tanning). PS. Also, right across the road there is a nice vegetarian restaurant/cafe, which overlooks some nice rice fields and a small pond with fish (which I would recommend).

The location of the property is excellent. 😊 You have everything around you and the beautiful river with the enchanting boats is only 15 minutes away. Please keep in mind, however, that the address is a little harder to find because the house is not yet correctly on Google Maps.
