Probably a good idea to schedule a mid term clean for longer stays, no daily housekeeping & staff not always around. I got some laundry done through the premises cleaner but wasn't the best, there are professional launderettes in the area which would be preferable in hindsight.

Exactly as you see in the photos, lovely big studios ideal for long or short stays. I stayed two weeks, the kitchenette had a powerful hot plate, toaster, rice cooker, fridge freezer. Small infinity pool on the roof looked good. Lovely young golden retriever hangs out in reception, likes to play. Friendly staff, nice family run the massage place next door. 5 minute walk to a fabulous beach. Can walk to a Moonmilk store, a very well stocked affordable little supermarket, fresh sourdough breads, pastries, fresh meats etc. Lots of restaurants nearby too, yet neighbourhood quieter than if you were right in the central strip. Ideal.

Nice and clean 2 BR apartment perfectly located in Da Nang close to the beach and all ameneties. Little rooftop pool with a nice view. Great foot massage in the shop downstairs for 5$

This place is a diamond in the rough. We are a family of adventurers who enjoy seeing the local side of things and don’t usually prioritize creature comforts, instead focusing on location. Kim House has both in no short order. Located on the quieter developing side of Da Nang, 2-3 blocks from the beach you aren’t surrounded by tourists and noise and bright lights. The surrounding streets you will find hidden gem cafes and restaurants, families having tea with friends in their courtyard, smaller boutique hotels and see a gentler more authentic side of Da Nang. What’s nice is if you want all the lights and noise, it’s a 5-10minutes ride away but having that chill island vibe is awesome. Now the rooms and facilities are newt level. The rooms are so well laid out and aesthetically beautiful with all of these things that make you think of it as a home instead of a short term space. Wood, tiles, glass, textiles are out of an expose from a design magazine. Plants on the balcony. Fully stocked kitchen. Electronically opaque glass bathroom door/wall. It’s so tasteful, sublime and beautiful. Passthrough lockable door expands the space if you have need two connected rooms and with three rooms per floor and 4 floors of rooms it very manageable. You see the same guests and it creates a community. The infinity pool on the roof is a great size to cool down from the heat while waiting for laundry on the same floor. Security is all tightly managed with a key card. I work NY hours at night here in Vietnam and stay in the lobby all night. It’s a huge space with a kitchen. All the furnishings throughout the building feel hand picked and designed. There is no wasted disposable feeling about anything here. Communication is EXCELLENT. The owner is on site most days and we’ve had some great chats about his projects and inspirations for this apartment building. His positive aura is infectious and his hospitality feels personal.

Location at the quiet end of Son Tra

Excellent homestay.Room was well appointed and comfortable - everything is brand new and of good quality. Only negative for me was location, little bit far away from the buzzing areas. Recommend this, especially if you have your own transport.

One of best hotels in Da Nang. Brand new rooms with everything you might need, like kitchen appliances, etc. Awesome, one of a kind room design. Great owner, a really welcoming person. Close to the beach. I strongly recommend this hotel, fits for couples, families with children and singles.

I always try to leave honest feedback. And in this case it’s fully my and my husbands positive opinion. The room was nice, new, and well designed! Kitchen was really good equipped, what is important for us cause we cook at home. Bed is big and comfortable! Big TV. Good location - for us is important that it was quiet, not far away from the sea. 15 min to the grocery MoonMilk and to the gym, 5 min to the beach, 1 min to the massage :) It’s not so far away from the party-centre, like 15-20 min walk - for those who need loud music and party. The host Tân was very helpful, smiley and responsive! And his assistant Neo 🐕 just made us happy very day 😉 Highly recommended!

it was perfect nothing really to complain about

wow where even to stark. Kim House is brand new, spacious and high quality. we didn’t even know before there is an infinity pool on the roof before. also it’s only few floors with 3 rooms each, so it felt very private. the room was very well equipped. so close to the beach aswell & everyone working there being very friendly. good for short stay but also perfect for long stay. will definitely come back next time in Da Nang.
