Air Conditioning of the rooms can be better considering rooms are big and warm weather

My recent stay at this property surpassed all expectations. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the location was excellent. However, what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality from Kim and his mother. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The location is perfect, near to everything including cable car station,, restaurants, the beach & kiss the stars show (you can even watch the show from room balcony). Our host Lucas was very friendly and accommodative. Rooms are spacious & view is beautiful. Highly recommended for all even family of 3.

Kim Boutique has a very unique friendly/family own hotel. Everyone just like your family/friend. Very welcoming, over friendly and they always making sure you have what you need during your stay. The location is the best, the view worth million dollars. You literally can watch the fireworks and water show from balcony. Fast checking in, friendly front desk staffs and they also recommended locals restaurants and activities if you need.

ALL. We already miss Phu Quoc because of KIM BOUTIQUE HOTEL. -Detail-oriented and helpful owner -Reasonable price -Brand new area not many stores there, but quiet -Clean and cozy bedrooms. (we took a sea view and a rear room; both of them were good) -Unbeatable view (ocean,sunrise,sunset,cable car just in front of your balcony) -Superb handmade breakfast -Location location location! Walkable distance to cable car station and restaurants -After an exhausting day in water park, we were able to watch Kiss The Stars show and fireworks at our sea view room.

The room itself was really spacious compared to a regular hotel room, and is kept squeaky clean and fresh. Breakfast was a nice touch, very tasty and always made to order. The staff was so friendly and attentive. They were always happy to answer my questions and provide recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Their warmth and hospitality really made my stay special, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Another great thing about this hotel was its convenient location. It was situated just a short walk from the beach, nearby cafes, shops, restaurants, and the cable car service to other islands. The hotel also offered easy access to boat tours and other activities, which made it easy for me to explore all that Phu Quoc island had to offer. All in all, I had a wonderful time at Kim Boutique Hotel and I cannot recommend this place enough to my friends or anyone who’s planning a trip to Phu Quoc!

I came across Kim Boutique on my trip to Sunset Town in Phu Quoc and decided to stay there. It was a very stylish and comfortable boutique hotel. The decor and design were modern and the hotel was clean, the staff always gave guests the best services. I had a fantastic sea view from my room which was on the top floor. Breakfast - an excellent bowl of homemade Vietnamese Pho Bo, very authentic and delicious! The manager/owner Lucas went out of his way to help with our needs, showing us all the best spots around the area. It was a calming place to stay, right in the middle of great restaurants, shops, the cable car station, and the Kiss Bridge Phu Quoc. I would definitely staying there again next time I'm in Phu Quoc.
