For our room there was a curtain between the room and the bathroom, which is slightly see through. It was fine for us but just something to be aware of! Loved our stay here so no other negative points

there was a renovation on the first floor next to the repshen, it was quite noisy already at 7-8 o'clock in the morning, it was impossible to get enough sleep. unfortunately no one warned us about the renovation

Surprisingly the room had a safe which is not common. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is an elevator but it only goes from the 1st floor to the 6th. Motorcycle parking is just at the entrance of the hotel with a security guard.

Decent location between the train station and beach, excellent room, very clean, super comfortable bed, good bathroom with separate shower enclosure, which is rare for Vietnam.

Strange, narrow entrance to the hotel side to nest shop, you have to walk one floor by foot to the reception and the elevator.

Good location near to airport shuttle bus station. Very well equipped room, clean and cozy. Spacious, with great bathroom. Stuff helpful and the service is quick. Elevator with AC and music :-)

good location close to the centre and the beach but on a quiet road. the facilities are really really nice, bed is super soft and comfy, duvet is thick, the shower is hot and powerful. Good AC. It's all new and very clean. wifi is pretty good. I would stay again

The room did not have any windows and had a bit of a sewage smell from the bathroom.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was affordable for the location. The staff were quick to help with problems and cleaned the rooms daily.

There was a noise like a compressor everytime someone in the building used water (shower, wc, tap, etc.) It was quite loud and it vibrated a bit. We had to use ear plugs to sleep (this was on the 5th floor)

The place was very modern and new, close to the beach and very clean.

The only mess about this place was with water stabiliity in shower - it was kinda hard to balance the temperature of water and it was always less or more unstable. And there also was some internet speed problems time to time. BUT as i know its common local issue and it is not fault of the owners, they cant fix it sadly.

The staff was very pleasant and helpfull, administator lady even helped me to connect with my relatives in stressfull situation where my phone and laptop were broken. Rooms were very clean and nice - as good as they seems to be on shots. Walk time to the nearest beach is nearly 10-15 mins -depends from the your walk pace. Also in 10 mins of walk you can find 2 kinda nice supermarkets, fast food and stuff. The only con of location on my opinion is that there was not so many interesting cafees and restaurants around.

Brand new hotel with well designed facilities. Large rooms with comfortable beds and good quality furniture. Big TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

My room didn't have a window, not an issue for me but worth checking with the hotel to ensure you get one with. Water pumps in the walls make a periodic mechanical sound when water is being sent to higher floors, it's distracting but not loud.

Reception is not manned during some hours of the day but the 24/7 security is very helpful and called reception in and stayed with me till they arrived, about two minutes. Rooms are very modern, new, super clean and felt luxurious. The bed is super comfortable and plush.
