The hotel is under construction so everything is very dusty, drilling sounds from the hallway. Location is next to the train station and you can hear the train very loudly in the room.

We booked the room only for a few hours to freshen up before the night bus. The location was right next to the bus stop so it was good for us. Hot shower and place to rest, very cheap.

It’s was opposite the Ninh Binh station so we used it to kill some time and have a shower before our long trip to Hue. The rooms are newly renovated. Staff had limited English.

Communication was a bit difficult with the host. We had told that we would arrive during the night, but they did not seem happy at all with us when we arrived. The next morning it seemed fine and they gave us some water bottles wich was nice

The accommodation is simple but clean. Located directly opposite the train station and you can check in 24 hours a day. So rather a practical hotel if you arrive at night from the station. I would book again at any time. Very nice staff.

Took a room to wait for late night train, room had aircon, clean beds and tv so was perfect for short stay. Virtually across the the road from the train station.

Not much to do around so I would only book to be close to the train station. Dorm was a bit outdated. No curtains for privacy. It was pretty cold and there was not remote for the AC. Breakfast had only options containing wheat.

The hotel is, just outside of train station. Dorm with 6 bed bed Cost me 108000 dnv.+breakfast. Nice personal, clean hotel . Bike rental 50,000, Motor blke 100,000 dnv. Bed is hard, Wifi is very low in dorm. Booked my ticket to Laos(Phonsavan), in reception,(bus to Phonsavan, Luang prabang, Vientian).

We only booked for a day stay whilst we rested and waited for the evening train to Hue. The room was comfortable and all was good for the purpose that we wanted. Location is superb, directly across the road from the railway station and there a number of evening eateries nearby as well.
