very convenient location. city center in walking distance cheap and room is quite clean. room has fan and air condition so there were no issue with the hot. Breakfast was included into room price.

Old, bathroom facilities desperately need improvement. Breakfast was limited. Good but eggs and bread seemed to disappear off the menu and the soup, they ran out of noodles.

There was a lot of noise from outside the building and sounds from outside our room could easily be heard.

The shower was great. Japanese style with plenty of water pressure and hot water. The A/C worked very well and we needed it. There were enough english language tv channels to keep us occupied when needed.

Excellent location, with many restaurants, shops, etc around. The staff are very nice and attentive, they late us check out at 1 pm for 50,000 VND only. To be honest, I did not expect much from a 2-star hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Excellent value fro money.

Location is okay - a little far from the sights and the aforementioned room issues.

Breakfast -> pho Room was a little dingy, no working power outlet, fan only worked if the light was on and so that made for an odd night, one light didn’t work in the shower. Slight mold spots on the silicone in the shower. However, great service and a great view and breakfast was really yummy.

The area can get a little noisy in the early morning. The bathroom would need a bit of maintenance. The wi-fi signal was weak sometimes.

We booked an standard double room and we received a notification from booking saying that we would get an upgrade to a “deluxe double room”. The room smelled bad, the furniture was extremely old, specially the bathroom that didn’t look that the pictures at all. The shower looked from 1970. We were so disappointed and trying to explain to the receptionist that the room didn’t look like the pictures. She was nice and polite but couldn’t speak any English so it was really hard to communicate using the translator. She was saying that the pictures were from a previous owner and that’s why the furniture didn’t look the same. I was there for 20 minutes and after all that time she decided to call the manager. He offered me another room. It was the room that we first booked, it wasn’t great but looked better that the “deluxe” one. The place needs a complete renovation, new furniture and new bathrooms…or at least they should change the pictures because it doesn’t look like that.

-The shower is too small and a bit tricky to get in/out, I hit my feet a few times on it. I wouldn't advice it for older people with mobility issues; -You can hear some noisy from the streets during the night; -I think the AC wasn't properly cleaned, I left there with my allergies triggered.

-not so far from the main attractions; -clean; -nice staff. -comfortable.

The cleanliness of the bathroom.

We got an upgrade to a bigger room which was lovely. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was relatively clean. The location was out of the usual tourist area which was nice and could easily walk anywhere we wanted to go.
