We enjoyed our second visit to this lovely homestay. It is on the main road but set back so it is not noisy. It is part of a local neighbourhood which lent a warm authenticity to our stay. Our room had all we needed and the hosts could not have been kinder. We used the bicycles when we needed them, and we even had hot water in our bathroom. The beach was a 5 minute walk away! We will be back!

The family who we stayed with were so helpful and kind. They offered us a free bike, brought us cakes, cigarettes, helped us when our rental bike broke down and we’re just overall very welcoming! The rooms are clean, good value for money and just 5 min walk from the beach

The room was very comfortable. There was a minibar for convenience purposes with fair prices. The location is about a 3 min walk to a nice beach and about 15 to the main stretch with the majority of restaurants. A bike is available to use for free. The owners were very kind and secured transport to the airport for me and again at a fair price. Laundry service is available also.

Property is located on a somewhat busy roadway.

We were quite happy with this homestay. Fortunately, our room was facing away from the highway; it's not a terribly busy roadway, but there is traffic, noisy trucks, etc. The room was quite basic, but comfortable and clean, and the hosts were thoughtful and kind (and helpful in arranging a ride from the airport in Da Nang). The location is great -- it's a 10 minute Grab ride from Old Town in Hoi An, but the beach is a five minute walk. There are plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops also within an easy walk. We loved our first visit to Hoi An and if we returned, would have no hesitation in staying again at Blue Beach Homestay 💙

What not to like? Aside from all the high marks given above the family running the Homestay are incredibly nice, friendly and caring about guests comfort. let alone the incredible breakfast they prepare in the morning (extra).

It was an amazing hotel with incredible nice staff. The location is phenomenal, 5 min from the beach and beach restaurant and bars. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic, super hospitality.

The nicest homestay we have ever stayed at. The room was very clean and cosy with a tv and private bathroom. The hosts were extremely helpful and very kind it was like home away from home! We were offered bikes to use for the day to go to be beach etc free of charge and we were allowed to leave our bags there after checkout all day. While we were waiting for our bus we were given biscuits and water. We would stay here every night if we could :)

This was a delightful homestay 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 20 minute cycle (using the available free bikes on a lovely ride through the rice fields) from Hoi An. The rooms were neat and tidy, and comfortable. The family who ran the place were delightful. The breakfast free was excellent.

Like I experienced with a lot of places, you can hear the traffic of the street, but I guess this is normal, walls and windows are just not so thick

The homestay is run by a very lovely family and located close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Everyhthing is easy to reach by foot, a grab or with the bicycles the family offered me to use. It is also not far from Hoi An or Da Nang. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. They explained everything to me and tidied up the room every day, which gave me a hotel feeling. I also booked my stay with breakfast, you can chose for the next morning out of a small but sufficient selection of tea, coffee and dishes. The room itself is not big, but very clean and tidy. It didn't bother me since I stayed outside during the day anyways. Also the house itself is very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. If I come back, I'd book again.
