I have no fault. I knew the establishment was small and that didn’t take away from the beauty of the place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely beautiful experience from start to finish. Emily and Nancy were outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the moment I booked, they went above and beyond to assist with hotel transfers, booking tours, and ensuring everything was seamless. Their warmth and dedication genuinely make them the heart of the establishment. Additionally, I was touched by the owner’s kindness. She was so lovely and attentive, taking the time to come greet me personally and check how I was doing. Her presence added a personal touch that made my experience even more special. Overall, this hotel is a perfect blend of stunning design, thoughtful service, and genuine hospitality. I look forward to visiting again!

It’s beautiful decorated with a lovely communal area. It’s a short walk into town, and there are also bikes to borrow to go further. We got great tips on places to eat and where to go from the friendly staff.

The decor was gorgeous and created an inviting atmosphere. The room was comfortable. They have free filtered water by the reception and because of that we didn't have to buy water throughout the day. The receptionists were kind and knowledgeable and helped us a lot. The owner is a very interesting lady and we had a lovely conversation with her. We had a perfect stay, can't wait to be back.

The property is beautiful, with interiors that are simple yet thoughtfully designed. The room was clean and welcoming, with daily housekeeping and water replenishment. I love the philosophy of this place — no waste and living in harmony with nature. The staff are kind and always ready to help. The location is convenient, although the surrounding area is still under development, so the view is not the most appealing. Thank you to Emily and all the staff!

We had a wonderful stay at Kaia: not only is the place absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable, but the level of service truly made our experience special. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. A big thank you to Nancy and the entire team for being available 24/7 and always happy to help. About 13 walking distance to the old town should be no problem but when it comes to a hot summer day, it becomes a little bit far.

The receptionists are so kind and friendly, and they provided me a very useful tour information.

The room we stayed in, as carefully curated as it is, felt small. There isn't AC in the common areas, which was fine on cooler days but can be uncomfortable on hot days. Felt more of an upscale homestay than a 'hotel'.

The personalised, concierge-like service was amazing! The staff were very responsive and friendly. The space was creative, thought-out, and relaxed. I especially love the breakfast food and set up, delicious and homey.

Lobby area could be a bit hot at times as there isn't central cooling, but otherwise the room was well air conditioned.

Room was beautiful, cosy and clean, and the hotel had a small gallery on Level 1 available for viewing upon request. Nancy and other staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating and provided great local suggestions, assistance with organising transport for various trips and offered discounts for activities. Highly recommend if you would like stay somewhere quiet a bit further out from the town centre.

The attention to detail and rustic style is so welcoming and comfortable! Small touches were greatly appreciated! The staff went above and beyond especially Emily who gave us incredible tips and tricks in reference to what Hoi An had to offer. Made our quick trip so much less stressful!

Everyone was incredibly helpful, their recommendations were perfect, the room was lovely and most of the pieces in the hotel were lovingly designed by the owners. Even before our arrival, we got contacted by Emily, who helped organise our transportation to and from the hotel. Emily and Nancy were very polite and provided useful information about activities and places to visit during our stay. We were very happy with their high standard of customer service. Our stay at Kaia Gallery Hotel was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and looked after by Emily, who is truly the sweetest and most helpful host we’ve encountered on our trip. She went above and beyond—recommending the best restaurants, bars, and local activities that made our time in Hoi An unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning—peaceful, beautifully designed, and full of character. Our room was immaculate and incredibly comfortable, and the laundry service was impeccable (a real bonus for travelers). We loved that the hotel is located just outside the city centre—close enough to walk or bike in, but far enough to escape the noise and crowds. It felt like our own little sanctuary. Everything—from the calming ambiance to the delicate scent throughout the space—contributed to a deeply relaxing experience. Upon arriving, the location looks a bit dodgy because it's at a dead end street with development going on but we soon discovered that this doesn't matter at all. Very quiet area and just a short bicycle trip away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town. I can highly recommend this boutique hotel.

The interior design of the hotel has a character. The owner Titi and her staff, Emily and Nancy are all very friendly and helpful. They made the stay incredible. The hotel located in a quiet area in Hoi An, 10 mins easy walk to the busy area. We liked the quietness and peaceful.
