Their warmth and dedication genuinely make them the heart of the establishment. Additionally, I was touched by the owner’s kindness. She was so lovely and attentive, taking the time to come greet me personally and check how I was doing. Her presence added a personal touch that made my experience even more special. They have free filtered water by the reception and because of that we didn't have to buy water throughout the day. The receptionists were kind and knowledgeable and helped us a lot. Room was beautiful, cosy and clean, and the hotel had a small gallery on Level 1 available for viewing upon request. Nancy and other staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating and provided great local suggestions, assistance with organising transport for various trips and offered discounts for activities. Highly recommend if you would like stay somewhere quiet a bit further out from the town centre.
