Comentario auténticoMe defraudó el alojamiento por que no correspondía con las fotos, Esperábamos tener vistas de los campos de arroz y para nada, por que el hotel está en una calle tranquila pero cerca de otra calle bastante ruidosa.Estuvimos en dos habitaciones la primera muy justita , la segunda algo mejor. La piscina también era bastante diferente a lo que se veia en las fotos. El servicio sí fue bueno y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos, además pudimos disponer de bicis para recorrer los alrededores
Esperaba tener las vistas que se veian en las fotos y no fué así.

Comentario auténticoEs un hotel con habitaciones grandes, cerca de la zona turística de la ciudad. Tienen un buen desayuno: un pequeño, pero variado buffet, que incluye un plato cocinado por ellos en el momento. Personal muy amable y atento. Te ofrecen varios servicios, excursiones y consejos.
No tiene ascensor y al ser un hotel antiguo, tiene algunas zonas viejas que deberían cambiar.

Comentario auténticoLas habitaciones eran amplias, silenciosas y con una cama muy cómoda. Las vistas eran muy bonitas. Desayuno sin demasiada variedad, pero muy completo y rico. A unos 15min del centro andando. Zona tranquila.
Aunque los recepcionistas eran amables, en el check-in nos puso té, y era una trampa. El recepcionista te hacía recomendaciones que luego intentaba venderte. Le dijimos varias veces que no, y que no íbamos a comprar nada, y seguía. Aún cuando le dijimos que habíamos quedado con unos amigos nos decía 2min y seguía, hasta que le corté disgustada. Es un hotel no un mercado. No necesito que me vendan (en Vietnam nos hicieron muchas recomendaciones, pero de buena fé no a modo comercial). Entendimos por qué al llegar otros alojados nos miraban expectates porque luego estuvimos en su misma posición viendo como otra pareja de europeos pasaban por la misma situación con una recepcionista esta vez, y les decía molestos que no iban a comprar nada y seguía. Encima luego te recalcan que les dejes un comentario, y que sea un 10 no un 9. Libertad de expresión, que luego ves todos los alojamientos con un 9-10 y no lo valen. Lo que es el alojamiento sí estaba muy bien.

Comentario auténticoMuy buena limpieza y aire acondicionado. La ubicación genial porque está en pleno arrozal pero super cerca del centro al mismo tiempo (10 mins andando). Las personas que lo llevan son muy amables, te ayudan con todo.
Todo estaba genial, si tuviera que poner algún pero, la piscina no está en un espacio grande que invite a quedarte pero para un chapuzón rápido es perfecta.

Comentario auténticoEl hotel tiene unas vistas muy bonitas a los arrozales, perfectas para desconectar. La cama es cómoda y se descansa bien. La ubicación también es buena: está en una zona tranquila, pero a unos 15 minutos caminando del centro, lo cual resulta práctico.
La habitación tenía un olor a humedad bastante evidente y, en general, el hotel luce más bonito en las fotos que en la realidad, ya que algunas zonas necesitan un mejor mantenimiento. En cuanto al desayuno, se sirve en la recepción, que no cuenta con aire acondicionado, por lo que con el calor se hacía algo incómodo.

Comentario auténticoEl alojamiento estaba muy limpio. El desayuno tipo buffet estaba muy muy bien, los mejores Cao Lau (noodles típicos de la zona) de Hoi An! El personal era muy amable y atentos, nos ayudaron mucho y nos dieron recomendaciones para visitar la zona. Localización a 10-15 minutos del centro.
La habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventana, pero no era agobiante y no olía mal. Ofrecen opciones con ventana.

Comentario auténticoTodo perfecto, las habitaciones grandes, bonitas, cerca de arrozales, limpias, el baño muy bien, con productos de aseo y chanclas. La cama muy bien y grande. El desayuno buffet muy variado y rico. El personal super amable, atento y servicial, incluso te ofrecen paraguas si llueve. Te dan un mapita de la zona y está a 15 minutos o así del centro.

Comentario auténticoDestacaría que estaba limpio y el desayuno no estaba mal.
No consigo entender bien la nota de este alojamiento en booking. La ubicación está alejada del centro, unos 20 min andando. Las habitaciones que teníamos no solo no tenían ventana, si no que debido a la humedad que se acumulaba apenas se podía estar en ellas. El personal fue excesivamente insistente con el sitio al que teníamos que ir a hacernos unos trajes, sitio al que fuimos y nos dieron precios desorbitados en comparación a otras tiendas con calidad similar. Es barato pero viendo la oferta que hay en Hoi An elegiría otro lugar.

Firstly, when you booked a room at the Villa, you chose the cheapest room of the Villa and it was clearly stated that the room had no window at a very cheap price for a 1-night stay, so we chose the right room type you booked, so you cannot complain that the room had no window because it was your choice. Secondly, ours was completely clean and odorless because we asked you every day about the room and other issues and you replied that it was very good, nothing. Comentario auténticoNos gustó su cama era bastante cómoda, el desayuno muy bueno y la cercanía del centro.
Nos pusieron en una habitación que no estaba muy insonorizada daba a la calle donde pasaban muchos coches, deberían insonorizar sus ventanas, tambien estábamos en la habitación mas económica, no se como serán las de mayor precio, la primera noche nos despertaba un ruido de una maquina que había en el tejado, se lo indicamos al hotel y a la noche siguiente no lo oímos por lo que pusieron remedio. Su personal es un poco intenso ya que en todo momento quieren que estes cómodo y si es verdad que buscan en todo momento ofrecerte sus excursiones y sus servicios. A nosotros nos acabó agobiando ese hecho un poco, sin quitar que eran encantadores bajaría su insistencia con el huésped

Alejado del centro histórico. Cuidado si vas a pagar con tarjeta te piden 3% de recargo, yo he tenido que enfadarme, para que no me lo cobrarán.
