My friend and I had a great time in the clean, spacious and quiet room on the rice fields. We were also able to relax by the pool and enjoy an excellent breakfast. The staff is super helpful, they organised transport from the airport, an excursion and recommended the best restaurants and points of interest in Hoi an. Special thanks to Davis for his advices. The location is slightly outside the centre (10 minutes walk) but this makes it very quiet. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay as a family of four with young children. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel so welcome — always friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. They even greeted our kids by name every morning — such a lovely personal touch! Breakfast was a highlight each morning! We especially loved the fresh fruit, made-to-order omelettes, and the delicious banana pancakes. The hotel is located on a quiet street, which we really appreciated after busy days out. It is a bit of a walk to the old town, but still very doable. The pool was absolutely perfect — clean, refreshing, and just the right size for both adults and little ones to enjoy. Our room was sparkling clean with a stunning view over the rice paddies. Yes, the chickens and geese below could get a bit noisy at times, but it didn’t bother us. We would happily stay here again and will definitely recommend it to our friends. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Good location, both walking distance from historical centrum and not far from beach where you can get throught rice field on the bike which you can rent in hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with enough choices.

The room was not sound proof at all, which meant that we could hear other people in the hotel and a pretty loud rooster every morning.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast, great location. There is a possibility to rent bikes directly from the hotel, and a small but very nice pool.

A lovely hotel near the old town. The personnel was really helpful giving us tips for our trip. Also the view from the room was amazing. We rented bicycles from the hotel and had a lovely ride through the rice fields.

Checking out left a bad taste in our mouth. Our card didn't go through and the staff immediately blamed our card. After insisting on them running it again it worked fine. Not very smooth.

We had a garden view room, but it was on the ground floor, so did not see the rice fields at all, as it was blocked by a fence which lead onto the farm property. There was a slight odour of damp, which was noticeable when you first entered the room.
