Kim is a wonderful host! She looked after me as though she was my daughter. Kim's husband and children are wonderful too so my stay felt like being part of their warm family. The room was large, super clean and came with an en suite and a small laundry with a washing machine which was great because I stayed for 3 weeks. The aircon was strong and the bed was comfy. I'm a nomad and the wifi worked fine. It cut out once but Kim responded quickly and fixed it. The breakfasts were delicious as was everything Kim cooked. I had a nasty migraine one day and she made 5 separate dishes to tempt me to eat something and didn't charge for them. The pool is a feat of engineering and was a fabulous way to cool off. The location was fantastic for me: quiet, short walk to the palm fringed beach and beach cafes and yet only 10 minutes by taxi or moped into Old Town which is where the action is.

A warm and welcoming place to stay near by the Local Beach What a lovely experience! I just spent a week here as part of a photography trip to SE Asia, and had the nicest time staying at Sea Sunset’s villa. Ms Dieu she couldn’t have done more for our little group, and I loved the comfort, location and friendly vibe of her establishment. A family affair, everyone was so welcoming and the breakfasts are amazing. Super rooms,super clean and an easy walk or cab ride into the old town. I’d love to come back… Highly recommen

The hosts were absolutely amazing! They are such a kind and caring family and always went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and looked after. They made us feel like we were part of the family. The property is a short walk to the beach which is very quiet and clean compared to other beaches. And the property is only a short scooter ride to the old town which is great.

I've stayed for only 2 nights, not long enough. Didn't reliaised how good this little place is, Hosts Kim and her husband are amazing and found them to be really helpful and friendly. This place is so close to everything beaches, shops, old town village in Hoian, rice and coconut farms not far. Nice to meet other travellers as well. Had an amazing time

· The family that runs the place is super friendly and helpfull. You can ask them anything and they arrange it. We liked it that it was outside the very touristy Hoi An, and next to a very quiet and beautiful beach. The ocean is great for swimming! Our room was very clean and comfortable, the place looks cozy!

Great, lovely family! Perfect place to stay. Very clean and very good rooms. Best showers we've had in Vietnam! It's nice to escape the lively city and just relax at the beach, eat some nice seafood and chill in the beautiful garden. If you want to have a restful time in Hoi An, hoi an sea sunset homestay and bar is the way to go. You can be within 2mn from a calm beach (with a beach shack, where you can have food and drinks) or drive for 10mn and be in town . Thoản is also a very caring host, organising family dinners or other activities. It is also a great place if you want to meet people .Thank you dear family!

Personally I liked it all - however if you are somebody who wants to be a bit more in the thick of it (think bars, spas, cafes) then maybe the busier Ang Ban beach is for you.

Everybody was absolutely lovely. Please try their home cooking - it is an absolute treat! The location right next to a more quiet beach is perfect for relaxation and an escape from the general hustle and bustle.

Simple place to stay by Ha My Beach. Room was very clean and they even clean the room and change towels every day! I did not expect that. Nice friendly staff, they are very helpful with arranging rides and anything you need.
