Location is quite far (30 minute walk) from the old town but the property does have rental bikes, otherwise a Grab is the easiest way to get there. While rooms are air conditioned the bathroom is quite humid. I didn't totally mind this but it means towels/swimsuits dont totally dry.

I looked at A LOT of hotels in Hoi An and this was a perfect little getaway. The rooms are nice and true to the photos and the pool was great and often empty. The breakfast was decent and Ms. Tracey and the staff were especially attentive, I felt spoiled. I had some hours after checkout still waiting for my airport cab and they let me stay by the pool and order food which was perfect. Big thanks!

This is a nice, family-friendly hotel close to the historic centre of Hoi An and not far from the beaches. Our check-in was perfectly organised, including a welcome sign at the reception desk. The hotel serves a good breakfast in its restaurant next to the pool, where you can order eggs cooked in a variety of ways. Our family of four had two nice, very comfortable rooms next to each other. The hotel also provides bicycles, which we used to ride to the beach. Special thanks to Tracey, who was extremely friendly and helped us organise activities such as lantern making. She also solved a problem with our flight tickets, calling the airline on our behalf. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect connecting family room with a seating area and balcony 🙏 beds comfortable, bathroom beautiful with both bath and shower, sun in the morning on the balcony, fresh water bottles every day and the list goes on and on. We intended to stay for a week but extended our stay both because of location and the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Breakfast great, pool amazing, food great and free bicycles to wander around the beautiful city 😍 we felt so at home and loved every minute of our stay, thank you team ❤️

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful with suggestions around what to do in Hoi An, even booking some events for us. The pool was great and quiet, and provided towels. The bed was massive, and very comfy, and the rooms clean and very nice. Great location too, and able to hire bikes for free if we wanted to go further. Would 100% recommend this place for anyone staying in Hoi An.

This hotel offers excellent hospitality and a truly comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Junior Deluxe Room, which made the experience even better. The breakfast is tasty and fulfilling, and the location is very strategic, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. The receptionist, Lucy, is very good and always ready to help, making the stay feel even more personal. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always check if we need any support, and their 24/7 service is a big plus. Highly recommended!

The bar is not a bar, the only thing lacking was somewhere to sit and have a drink over looking the river.

Fabulous location, close enough to ride the free bikes to the beach or in amongst the rice fields, close enough to walk to the river where there are many restaurants. A very small cost to catch a crab into the heart of the old town. We were warmly welcomed ,and left with hugs and kisses. Anything we asked for was attended to immediately. Everyone was soo happy and welcoming throuout our 5 night stay. Thank you all, for making our stay such a good experience

Exceeded expectations. The hotel is situated outside the center of Hoi An, but only 5min ride by taxi. There are quite a few shops nearby for anything you might need, but they close in the night. The setting of the hotel is very nice, with a pool where you can relax and a kiosk where you can have breakfast, or drink your coffee or drink. The rooms are spacious, a bit on the old-fashioned side, but comfortable. The beds are normal size and nice. The bathroom was huge with a big bath that you can fill and relax. The breakfast was good, with omelette and local dishes. The staff are very helpful and accomodating and make sure that you book any activities with them.

Absolutely blown away by this stay. It was the nicest place we had stayed throughout our 2 week trip to vietnam. The staff were so kind, hospitable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Loved the old world charm of this beautiful hotel right on the river . A lovely walk 25-30 mins into old town and very near Memories. We enjoyed the distance from the main hub and the rice field nearby accessible by walking or making use of the hotel bikes for free. Breakfast was simple but met all tastes. Rooms were comfortable, good quality bedding and the biggest bath ever! Plenty of hot water too at all times. Lovely balcony with outdoor furniture to overlook the outstanding gardens! Utterly beautiful and so many butterflies. The pool and sun beds 10/10. We certainly made the most of this facility - best we've had in Vietnam and SO clean. Highlight though was the staff! We were greeted so warmly by Lucy who shared so much relevant information with us and her smile. Lilly made sure we had all we needed daily. Tracey helped us with bookings for the bus ( never easy) and we had the smoothest bus night journey to Nha Trang thanks to her. She also arranged for the tailors I visited to come to my hotel room to make alterations to the dress I bought. Don't have the names of the others who were there to support our stay and make us comfortable- but thanks to you all. Our parting gift was so kind - you will remain in our memories of our trip forever! This hotel is not sleek and modern but it has what it takes for a perfect stay . Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Hoi An Riverside Villas, unfortunately our flight got delayed so instead of staying 3 nights we only got to stay 1. Katy at the front desk was wonderful and sat down with us when we arrived to show us a map of the must do places during our short stay in Hoi An. She organised drivers to pick us up to and from the airport, as well as to the basket boats. Also they have bicycles free to use to ride into the old town and explore! We will definitely be back for longer next time.
