Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Comentario auténticoLa habitación estaba genial. Vistas al Rio y a la piscina. El personal estuvo muy atento y simpatico siempre. Cerca del old market y perfectamente comunicado mediante bicis del hotel o a pie. Las zonas exteriores son muy agradables con piscina de adultos y jardin.
las habitaciones traseras dan a un puente de circulación de motos que hacen algo de ruido. Eso si, el hotel esta perfectamente insonorizado.

Comentario auténticoTodo! El desayuno! Las camas más cómodas de todo el viaje. La atención del personal. La ubicación. Te prestan bicicletas gratis. La piscina fantástica. La comida del restaurant muy buena y a buen precio.
La habitación tenía vista a la piscina chica, pero había mucho ruido por un puente que sonaba cada vez que pasaba un auto. Si uno cerraba la ventana no había problema porque no se escuchaba nada. Pero en la terraza se escuchaba. Si uno elige la habitación para el otro lado, no hay ese problema.

Un hotel espectacular con un equipo dedicado plenamente a la atención al cliente y extremadamente limpio. El desayuno es muy variado y muy bueno. Las instalaciones del hotel recuerdan a hoteles en lugares exóticos. Además, solicitamos decoración por nuestro aniversario y prepararon la habitación muy bien, también pusieron fruta en la habitación, bebida de bienvenida, nos hicieron un upgrade y un pequeño detalle al irnos. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería.
