Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.

Comentario auténticoMe gustó todo. Es un hotel boutique maravilloso, perfecto para estancia en Hoi An. El personal es de lo más atento que he conocido. Te ayudan de verdad sin sentir que te están presionando para que contrates algo con ellos. Se preocupan por tu bienestar. El desayuno es espectacular. Super variado y todo riquísimo. Los zumos hechos en el momento, huevos como los quieras... Está a 10 minutos andando del centro y eso es perfecto porque estás cerca de todo pero sin el ruido del centro. Además cuentan con bicis y si necesita coche te lo gestionan al mismo precio que si lo haces en la aplicación. Es perfecto 100%. Absolutamente recomendable.

Nos hemos sentido abrumados por la atención de la responsable del hotel. Muy amable, pero a veces excesivo. No paraba de preguntar que íbamos a hacer. No nos parece bien que se cobren las tasas a parte del precio. Reservamos un traslado y hicimos una colada pensado que era un precio, y en el momento de pagar nos añadieron las tasas sin habernos avisado que iban a parte. En ningún otro hotel de Vietnam nos han dado precios sin tasas. Se encuentra algo alejado del centro.

El servicio inmejorable, nos ayudaron con el transporte y nos aconsejaron sobre visitas turísticas que podíamos realizar por la zona. El desayuno muy muy completo y la piscina súper agradable. Me pareció además que el hotel era muy bonito también.
Quizás está un poco alejado del centro, pero compensa por la tranquilidad que tienes allí. Además te ofrecen bicis gratis con las que desplazarte más rápido donde necesites.

Comentario auténticoLas instalaciones, el personal, el desayuno, la piscina, la comida es buena y abundante, en general todo es super bueno. Tuvimos una agradable y buena estancia.
El único problema es la insonorización, las puertas son de madera y el ruido de la calle se escucha un poco, no hay mucho tránsito de vehículos y personas, pero hay un perro del vecino que ladra cuando pasan vehículos y se escucha, pero es una anécdota porque todo lo demás compensa esa pequeña pega.

Comentario auténticoHotel muy cómodo cerca de la ciudad vieja de Hoi An, con una piscina de tamaño correcto en el patio de la planta baja. El personal es muy atento y te ayuda mucho en la planificación de las actividades diarias. Jessie su concierge fue muy amable con nosotros.
En la calle de acceso están construyendo y la ida y vuelta a la ciudad antigua a la noche es un poco oscura. También hay basura en esa calle (no es responsabilidad del hotel). Un shuttle a la ciudad antigua podría ser una gran idea para quienes no podemos utilizar las bicicletas gratuitas que ofrece.

Comentario auténticoLa zona de la piscina era muy bonita, sobre todo al anochecer. Fresquita y amplio horario de apertura (8:00-21:00). Daban toallas y había baño y ducha bastante buenos. Hamacas había pocas, pero cuando fuimos fueron suficientes porque creo que es temporada baja. La habitación era muy amplia y estaba muy bien. Daban mapa al llegar. El desayuno era buffet. En calidad-precio bastante bien. No hay ni un ruido de la calle por la noche que pueda molestarte en la habitación.
Ponía (y decía) que era 10 minutos a pie del centro pero nada que ver. 16 minutos por lo menos y más de 20 minutos al mercado nocturno. La zona de noche es super oscura (no peligrosa). Imagino que por eso proporcionaban bicicletas gratis para todo el día. En los pasillos, en el baño de la habitación y en el ascensor hacía un calor terrible. La zona del desayuno tenía grandes máquinas de aire acondicionado, pero también entraba mucha humedad y calor. Nos ofrecieron un conductor privado para un día a 400.000 VND más caro que cualquiera que podías contratar por la zona.

While we are not located right next to the night market, we are indeed only about 10 minutes away on foot from the Ancient Town, as noted. We are also very close to some of Hoi An’s most famous spots such as the Fujian Assembly Hall, the Central Market, the History Museum, and the Hoi An Memories Show — all just 10–15 minutes’ walk from our hotel. To make it easier for guests to explore the city, we always provide free bicycles. And thanks to our slightly tucked-away location, we offer a quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good night’s sleep — something many of our guests truly value. Regarding the private driver, we’re sorry if the price seemed high. We only work with trusted and reliable partners to ensure the best service and safety for our guests. That said, we’ll make sure to clearly explain price differences and available options more carefully in the future. Finally, we are grateful for your feedback about the heat in some common areas — we’re already looking into improving this, especially during the hot season. Me ayudaron ajustando y alargando la estancia en el hotel, además de aconsejarme respeto a lugares que visitar y cosas que hacer. Comentario auténticoLas habitaciones estaban genial, con una cama amplia y cómoda, un pequeño minibar, baño con ducha lluvia y un balcón con vistas al río. El desayuno era muy completo. El hotel estaba situado a unos 15-20 minutos del centro del pueblo, el hotel presta sin coste ninguno bicicletas para poder desplazarse a la playa o al centro y moverse por la zona. El hotel está situado en una zona más tranquila (a diferencia de la pequeña isla donde está el mercado nocturno que es donde más ruido hay por la noche). El hotel dispone de piscina lo cual fue muy agradecido al final del día (con muy buena temperatura del agua y limpia). El hotel ofrece tours guiados a las atracciones locales a precios competitivos (si bien nosotros preferimos alquilar una moto en el local de al lado del hotel y movernos por nuestra cuenta), ofrece servicio de recogida taxi a precios muy competitivos (casi igual o mejor que grab). También ofrecían descuentos en las bebidas y el uso del Spa pero nosotros no lo probamos.
La única pega sería que por la noche se veían algunas cucarachas en la zona aledaña a la piscina (planta baja), pero nunca vimos ninguna en las plantas de las habitaciones. Nos habría gustado alargar un día más nuestra estancia para disfrutar de esta maravillosa ciudad y tener un día de relax (organizamos 3 días en Ho Chi Minh y quizá con dos sea suficiente).

Comentario auténticoMe encantó el servicio, las personas de la recepcion siempre dispuestas a recomendarte lugares y actividades para que hagas durante ese día. Muy amables y la verdad que excelente servicio. El desayuno muy completo y rico. A cualquier persona que viaje a Hoi An le recomendaría hospedarse aquí. Las habitaciones estaban impecables y al más mínimo detalle, muy espaciosas y amplias. El alojamiento cuenta con bicicletas gratis para que los huéspedes puedan usar para recorrer durante el día. Hermosa experiencia!!
