Thank you for your review of our hotel, but we found that your review is not true to the reality of our room as shown in the picture 100% not the room is exactly the same as the area that we clearly stated when you booked, we do not exaggerate the room pictures but they are very realistic. and you booked the lowest class room of the hotel but we upgraded your room including balcony and street view while you look out to the street on the other side of the street is a residential house, how can we plan it to be beautiful for you to see this is too high a demand from you and that is impossible. Regarding breakfast, we have everything from fruits of all kinds, bread of all kinds including Asian and European food, there are kitchen staff to cook hot dishes, fried eggs on the spot, beef noodle soup and chicken noodle soup but you said there are only 4 dishes which is not true and most of the guests staying at our hotel are very satisfied with our hotel's breakfast. Regarding the feeling, depending on each customer who has stayed at the hotel, we listen to the reviews to change for the better, but we think this is an incorrect review of our hotel.
