Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.

En la zona de desayuno hacía mucho calor. En la habitación entraba mucha luz por las mañanas.

Comentario auténticoLa atención del personal. Muy atentas, ofreciendo todas las comodidades y sugerencias para hacer planes. Nos dejaron darnos una ducha después del check out, nos ayudaron con los traslados antes y después.
La ubicación es muy buena, pero a pesar de tener buena insonorización en la habitación, está muy cerca del casco antiguo, se oye demasiado la música por la noche para el descanso, a tener en cuenta si buscas algo más relajado con menos bullicio.

Comentario auténticoLa ubicación era excelente. Cerca del antiguo Hoi An sin estar dentro del mismo o de la zona mas turistica. La comunicación con el Hotel fue buena durante toda la parte previa a la llegada.
Demasiada espera para uno de los transfer a destino. Nos cobraron parte de la habitación por check out tardío (4h)

Comentario auténticoEl alojamiento estaba super era bonito y estaba pegado al centro sin estar dento del alboroto del old town. Nos dieron una bonita habitacion por nuestra honey moon. El desayuno no fue buffet porque no habian muchos huespedes pero no estaba mal.
La chica de la recepcion era muy amable pero creo que era un poco insistente en que los tours o actividades los hicemos atraves del hotel lo que era un poco incomodo.

Olor a humedad en la habitación, camas un poco duras y el desayuno un poco pobre. Elegimos este hotel por las fotos del desayuno (se apreciaba tomate y fiambre como jamón york, pero no hubo nada de eso en los dos días que estuvimos) por otro lado y aunque el hotel no tiene culpa, por las noches habían karaokes en las inmediaciones por lo que dormir era difícil.
