From the moment we arrived, the host and staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our entire stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from the old town market and a variety of restaurants. Both the hotel and our room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, and we especially enjoyed the delicious Banh Mi served with tea and fresh fruit. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hoi An.

Everything, they are so nice. They do a brief tour of the nearby attractions when you arrive. We arrive extremely late and check in after midnight and there was no problem. Breakfast is great. They help you with bike/moto rentals. The main star is the owners, they are so nice. They also did a very nice gesture to ask us what they could improve for next guests, which shows they goals. Best hostel on Vietnam

The owner and the staff were terrific. Breakfast was fabulous and the room was sspotless. Max gave us great ideas of where to visit and where to get great food. Van was very friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome there. Would definitely stay here again.

Heart lodge was very welcoming on our arrival. Van especially was so accommodating and kind. We felt very welcomed. The room was perfect and we felt very relaxed there. The free breakfast was also great. The location is ideal and handy to lots of Hoi An. Special thanks to Van for making us feel so welcome!!

Hoi An Heart Lodge is a peaceful gem just steps from the Old Town. The rooms are modern, spotless, and comfy, with thoughtful touches like free bikes and a great indoor pool. The homemade breakfast is a highlight, and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. It’s quiet, welcoming, and a perfect base for exploring Hoi An. Good recommendation for the tailor and restaurant.

I stayed at Hoi An Heart Lodge recently, and it felt more like visiting a welcoming friend’s home than staying in a typical B&B. Here's a snapshot: Perfect location: Tucked on a quiet side street just steps from the Old Town—easy access without the noise. Exceptional hosts: Mat (and family) are warm and always happy to share insider tips—whether you need bike rental, local eats, or a lift to the airport. Good tip with tailor shop for my wedding Tuxedo. Beautiful rooms: Modern, spotless, comfort-first design with cozy balconies and plush king beds. Standout breakfast: Delicious homemade fare, fresh fruit, banh mi, and Vietnamese coffee—reviewers call it “amazing” Great amenities: Free bicycles, indoor pool, water stations on each floor, minibar, and even a luggage elevator for easy loading. A few minor notes—some guests mentioned early construction noise or occasional hot‑water issues, but praised the team’s quick help. In short: Hoi An Heart Lodge is exceptional value with genuine hospitality, smart design, and a location that lets you enjoy the buzz without being in it. Perfect if you appreciate friendly hosts, comfort, and thoughtful details. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Staying at Hoi An Heart Lodge felt like staying with old friends in the heart of town. Nestled just a 5‑minute stroll from the Japanese Covered Bridge, this cozy B&B is ideally placed for exploring Hoi An’s charming lanes and markets. I loved the vibe here—the rooms are bright, thoughtfully designed, and spotlessly clean. I stayed in a loft studio with a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying that cool evening breeze after a day out. The indoor pool was a fun surprise, and the free bikes made each ride to the nearby beach feel spontaneous and easy But what truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. Van and Mat, the family owners, welcomed me like family, helping organize trips, sharing local tips, and even gifting homemade banh mi when I had an early departure. Breakfast by the pool complete with fresh baguettes, fruit, and granola was the most delicious part of my mornings . If you’re after a warm, sincere, and locally rooted stay in Hoi An, Hoi An Heart Lodge is the perfect pick. I’m already planning my next visit.

The staff at this property were amazing in particular Van had a wonderful sense of humour and worked so hard , as did all the staff.Any requests were no trouble eg a really good motor scooter was arranged and arrived with out delay.

The floor wasn’t so clean. Also I was a little dissatisfied with the owner of the property, the couples was not so friendly and helpful. Luckily, the manager was really nice.

Cute B&B centrally located in Hoi An. Nice king sized bed, love the ceiling with the fan movement that is quite smoothing to the eyes. Breakfast was amazing!!!

Everything! Clean rooms with a beautiful view of the city. LOVELY and KIND staff - it is a family who live on the bottom story (I believe) and they are so welcoming and passionate about what the city has to offer. Amazing staff will 100% be back.

The best accomodation we stayed at in Vietnam. From the exceptional rooms and extremely comfortable beds to the most amazing customer service. I couldn’t recommend Hoi An Heart Lodge more. The lady working (I forgot her name 😢) is the sweetest and deserves the world. Would come back here in a heartbeat.
