The room we were first given, was much smaller then expected but the staff helped us move to a bigger one the following day. Other than that, I was disappointed by the way and tone I was spoken to by one of the receptionists. Her tone and manner was unexpected and made me feel uncomfortable. She discussed private matters openly in front of other guests in the reception area which lacked professionalism.

The hotel is central, walking distance to several places and with good restaurant options close by. The staff were amazing - Ms Sabi thank you for all your help and patience in organizing our Ha Long Bay cruise. Mr Scott thank you for all your help with finding a taxi when all the roads were closed because of the parade as well as calling our driver when we left our mobile in his car. Room 801 has a beautiful view of the Cathedral.

The WiFi was a bit erratic. My bathroom was quite small, even with the shower curtain closed, much of the room got wet when I showered.

The breakfasts provided were delicious, plenty of choice of fresh and cooked foods, also the garden area where breakfast is served is very pretty and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hoi An Central Hotel is very well positioned, close to old town, cafes, tailors and the river, excellent!

Old town is 15 minutes walk. We had senior citizens with us - so the walk to Od Town took long. There were lots of motorcycles crossing carelessly and we had to be aware of not being hit by them.

I love the homey ambiance of the hotel. Shops are just around the hotel and restaurants near the river are within walking distance. The staff are wonderful. They even noticed that my son was celebrating his birthday when we were there and they provided a cake to surprise him with. I would be coming back to this hotel.

Great place, the location is good. In terms of convenience, they provide you with free bicycle as well which is essential for your tour around such a beautiful place.. we also enjoyed their breakfast.

The staff were the best ever! They were all so helpful, kind and professional and we felt so well looked after. The building is beautiful and the pool cool despite the heat and spotless. The breakfast was also delicious and very generous.

Rooms situated on the ground floor may feel a bit dark and humid.

Well located, just a few steps away from the bustling centre of Old Town. A safe quiet property to relax in. I was upgraded to an upstairs room, and highly recommend it for the space and tranquility. Staff are warm, welcoming, and had good recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Great breakfast options.

The bathroom is big but a bit outdated.

Beautiful view from the balcony on the pool: lovely after walking in the heat. The room is big and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Location is amazing, so close to everything yet not in the crazy tourism madness! Staff are nice. Hotel is well maintained with beautiful plants and flowers. Bed is comfortable.

Excellent staff! From the reception to restaurant wait staff, to housekeeping, everyone was very polite and courteous. The rooms are comfortable, excellent wifi, and the location is steps from all that Hoi An has to offer. Well done.

The hotel started to show its age. While the room itself was fine but showed a lot of wear and tear. The room can get a bit noisy as the room was located on the ground level along the main corridor with poor sound insulation. The bathroom had no separate dry and wet area so it will get wet all the times. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

The location was good. It was great value and U get what U pay for. The bed however, was exceptionally comfortable! The staff was friendly!

Fantastic small & homely hotel in a great location close to Hoi An old town. Lovely property with clean spacious rooms & a fabulous pool area in a garden setting, where breakfast was also served. The staff & service levels were exceptional
