Lee nos ofreció al llegar un tour al río con los coconuts que incluía una clase de cocina vietnamita muy buena! También nos permitieron dejar antes del check in nuestras maletas y después del check out lo que se agradece. El desayuno estaba hecho con cariño, lo que se agradece
No utilizamos la piscina porque solo nos quedamos una noche, quizás le faltaba un poco más de limpieza

La atención del resto del personal que trabaja en el hotel es fantástica y hacen que la estancia sea muy agradable
Hay que cruzar por medio de la recepción para ir a la piscina que es algo pequeña y no tiene una zona alrededor en la que poder estar tranquilo

Comentario auténticoLa ubicación es excelente, al lado del centro pero muy tranquilo. Camas muy cómodas. Teníamos una habitación con balcón y era bastante luminosa. A mis hijos les encantó el estanque de peces en la entrada 😊.
No hay mampara de ducha, lo que para nosotros fue algo incómodo. Hubo una equivocación con una de las excursiones que contratamos a través de ellos y nos enviaron a otra que no queríamos hacer, el homestay organizó que fueran a buscarnos a mitad de camino, donde nos había dejado el autobus, pero perdimos media mañana y no fue una experiencia demasiado buena con los niños.

Comentario auténticoTodo detalle cuidado al máximo, el personal lo hace de corazón y eso se nota. Lee y Tubi estuvieron pendientes de que no nos faltase nada en ningún momento. El sitio es muy bonito y tiene una entrada muy acogedora con los peces, el porche y un salón, que hace que te creas en tu casa. El desayuno genial y abundante. Se puede elegir entre varias cosas y te lo cocinan en el momento. La habitación grande y muy bonita, llena de detalles. Cama grande y cómoda y baño equipado con todo. Wifi genial. Nos guardaron las maletas tras el check out y la comunicación por WhatsApp muy fluida en todo momento. La ubicación es PERFECTA, en toda la entrada al centro, pero en una calle que no hay nada de ruido, por lo que puedes descansar muy bien.
Las excursiones/transfer que ofrecen no son un poco más caro que es otros sitios.

El baño: la ducha no está separada del resto del aseo, así que cuando te duchas se empapa todo el baño. El café del desayuno: extremadamente fuerte, imposible de rebajar ni con extra de leche.

Comentario auténticoLo mejor del alojamiento fue la cama, la ubicación, que aunque estábamos muy cerca de la movida de Hoi An, podíamos descansar perfectamente y el staff que nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos.
La limpieza no es del todo como se espera, entraron a limpiar y ni las tazas del día anterior cambiaron… y el baño que se inundaba cada dos por tres lo mismo…
