The bathrooms need upgrading. Both of the rooms we had have very outdated bathrooms and the showers were nearly impossible to use and setup.

Great location and staff were very friendly. The golf range and swimming pool were brilliant and breakfast was also very nice.

I would avoid the casino. Very strange and uncomfortable experience. Some strange rules which made me feel like it was a way to rip off tourists.

Comfortable but a bit dated. Only compliant is the breakfast salad has lots of fruit flies and looks scary. The rest of the food is fine. Not sure why the flies attack the salad only, especially the green pepper and cucumber. Easily 10 flies resting on the pepper 😣

What I liked less was the request to pay for the entire stay during the check-in. As a rule, in other hotels I pay during the checkout. At the end we agreed that certain amount will be just blocked on my credit card at check-in day, so the payment was done yet at the end of my stay. All in all, a small episode, which didn't affect the overall positive impression.

A little tired in decoration and not everything was replenished in the room everyday. The reception service is fine but not very personal. I have stayed in other hotels in Hanoi where the reception staff take a personal interest in you. It is a little removed here.

The pool is amazing as are the sporting facilities. The men who helped with luggage were very polite and friendly.

Location is a bit out of the “centre”, eg 30 mins walk. We used grab multiple times a day. The thing we didn’t like was the bathroom. Dirty brown spot on the shower curtain, barely any privacy using the toilet with the big window (and see through screen), everything gets wet when taking a shower. The bathroom needs a big renovation. For 2.5m Dong we felt the value for money wasn’t the best.

Friendly staff, nice pool with beautiful sunset (if lucky), big bed, room was well renovated and spacious, some free fruits in the room.

Both the bed and the pillows provided where too hard. Also, there is a golf driving range on the lakeside of the hotel. So, if you are room is facing that way and you have a balcony, as I did, you'll have to listen to golf balls being hit all day long. That's just part of this hotel, so, if you like golf, you won't have a problem with it.

The pool was great for a daily swim and the breakfast included in the room was quite good in terms of selection and quality

Beds were hard, considering Pool needs to get cleaned often, or else there is going to be a bunch of dead mosquitoes on the surface.

Very nice amenities with the pool, overseeing the lake. Gym, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. Also has a driving range, but you have to pay. Reception and cleaning staff were okay. Only the bellboys felt friendly and accommodating. Location isn't great if you are trying to mainly explore Old Quarter.
