Near the city.. the rooms are comfortable.

The aircon was not that cold. The water in the shower is not hot.

Location and staff

Asked 3 single beds, but request was not satisfied. Air conditioning was not working.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. Good size of the room. Well equipped.

Air conditioner was not cold and the room seems to be built on the roof of the building that means gets Sun directly all day and very very hot. No cold water from tab, (cold side is HOT water and hot side was warm water).

The service of the staff. Also it’s good location.

Great location to get around the Old Quarter (and easy to catch Grabs anywhere else you're trying to go). The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Absolutely love the room. Comfort, clean, smells good, and sound proof. All of staff have a great hospitality, provide all information that tourist need. Easy access to up floor with elevator. Breakfast super great! fresh fruit, pastry and many option. Location also near to everywhere.

Great hotel, the best location! Walking distance to everything within Hanoi Old Quarter, rooms are as pictured a little older, but for the price you pay and its location, it's excellent! Great breakfast! Small buffet, and you can order Westen meals off the menu as well as the best Pho, all included in your stay. Cool bars, restraunts, and shops all within walking distance. Rooms were clean and have AC and fans, small hotel, like most in the area, Great spot for quick transfers to Halong Bay or anywhere you need to go. The manager is excellent, very helpful with organizing transfers etc, we stayed a night then went on a Halong Bay cruise for 2 nights, were able to leave our larger bags and pick them up when we returned to Hanoi and stayed another night.

Very friendly staff specially Peter is kind & very helpful. The location is pretty good. The breakfast is good. & they were kind enough to pack the last day breakfast for us as we needed to be at the airport by 7.30am & Peter booked the Halong bay cruise for us which is very good.

It is not very clean, the washrooms are not very clean specially the toilet bowl, the bed sheets have stains that make you uncomfortable to sleep on it. If you maintain the cleanliness in the rooms it is a highly recommended place.

Stayed here several occasions visiting Hanoi and for value it's the best.. Exceptionally clean. Great location, on the edge of the old quarter. Breakfast was an additional bonus . Must mention an early check in after a long flight was accommodating. Peter the manager and staff are very helpful supplying us with a takeaway breakfast. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice top floor room with lots of views all around. Extremely soft mattress, almost too soft but it was great. Excellent staff
