Like every hotel I’ve experienced in Vietnam after 8 days, they don’t put milk in their tea but there’s a mini mart 30 seconds around the corner so not a big deal.

The room was lovely, clean, modern, secure and homely. The proprietor Trung was an absolute star. He arranged a 5 star cruise at Halong bay for us which was great value, 7 courses and I couldn’t manage dessert. The food was out of this world! He also arranged us a private car to Nimh Binh at an excellent price compared to other options. His family are adorable too. A proper family hotel that genuinely have your interests at heart without ripping you off. I would definitely come straight back here as a first port of call and it’s in a central location to all amenities and excursions. Thank you so much for all your help. ❤️

the only thing that bugged me a bit was the electric bill board across the road - it was loud and it was advertising Sun World BUT it went off at 10pm so didn't affect my sleep so wasnt really an issue in general. I would 100% book this place again if I was to return.

breakfast was amazing, the hosts wife went above and beyond when we said no meat and the cheese bread was so yummy! The owners helped us sort a cruise and an overnight sleeper to Da Nang - he is super helpful and they are a lovely family. They have a laundry service and fixed my trousers, nothing was too much trouble. The place is ideal for Sun World and its why I choose it and it had great reviews. Everything is brand new, beds are super comfortable and the shower is amazing - nothing to dislike about this hotel or the hosts

Hotel is near the amusement park and some night clubs, so there can be loud noises late at night.

Great hotel, very good value for money! Location was great fro exploring Halong. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom was great! We enjoyed the breakfast that was made for us daily. You can book any trips to Halong bay through the hotel, which is great.

We had a great stay here for one night on a weekday. We booked a Deluxe Twin Room. It has a modern design, very spacious and pristine. The staff is accommodating. They served us a delectable breakfast. The location is very accessible to the cruise port, sunworld and resturants. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The WiFi tends to slow down significantly in the evenings, sometimes even cutting out completely. If you need a stable connection for evening calls or high-data activities, this might be an issue. This is more of a note for travelers: February is still off-season, so the sky is often gray, and the tourist area of the city feels almost deserted. All the action (shopping malls, markets, and people) is across the bridge. However, the bay itself is still breathtaking and absolutely worth visiting!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The family that runs it is incredibly kind and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Breakfast is freshly prepared by the owner, and it was absolutely delicious. Our room was spacious, bright, and very clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything stayed fresh. A huge thank you for helping us arrange a cruise directly from Ha Long and even driving us to the port. They also assisted us in booking a bus to Hanoi, which made our trip so much easier.

Little bit of noise from across the road but doesn’t go on late and didn’t effect our sleep

The room was huge, very clean and modern. The staff were super helpful, they booked us a boat trip and dropped us off and collected us from the port, made us a lovely breakfast each morning and made myself a vegetarian option. The location is great too. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were extremely spacious and look just like the pictures. They had everything you'd need and were cleaned every morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were able to check in then.

An excellent value for money! The room was clean and spacious. It’s conveniently located just a short distance from Sunworld. The breakfast was delicious. The owner went above and beyond to assist us with organizing our cruise and Hanoi airport transfer. Thanks to his thoughtful help, we managed to fit everything in, even with such limited time in Ha Long

We used this hotel for a simple overnight stop, but were thoroughly surprised by how good this hotel was! The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The WiFi and air conditioning were excellent. The location is very good, easily walkable to the theme park/water park across the street, and more restaurants than you could wish for! The staff were also great, giving us some good local tips and helping arrange transportation back to Hanoi! Would definitely recommend - fantastic value.

It was a very nice place. Clean, welcoming and great rooms. The staff (particularly one man, whose name I didn’t get) was so nice and helped us with booking and things to see. We came the day after the new year celebrations, so a lot of things and restaurants were closed.

The rooms were very big and the beds were very comfortable. This hotel is very near the main road, Sunworld, and the restaurants were just steps away. The owner was very accommodating with our request during our stay. It was so hard to book a hotel that allows small pets to stay, and the owner was so kind to allow us to bring our muffin and louie, our poodles. It was such a memorable trip for us since we were able to bring our dogs to this Christmas Trip. Thank you so much. This place is highly recommended. 😍 We will surely come back.

This hotel is definitely worth a visit. The location is excellent and great value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds very comfy. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Halong. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There are many things to do nearby. The owner is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay here. You will not regret choosing this hotel.
