The small table and the tea tray are full of dust. Hope the hotel pays closer attention to details.

The location is convenient, just a few minute walk to My Khe beach. And it's located on a road covered with big trees.

Breakfast- Coffee not included and we were unsure on what was included and not. Lots of confusion.

The location is great, once you get a hang of wherr you are. The staff are very friendly. The hotel would have been stunning in its day, has pretty good facilities and easy check in, check out. Staff helped us book tours which was amazing. Personal.opinion as I like a softwr bed...The beds were medium hard, but acceptable.

Internet was shared by the entire hotel, so it made our working a bit hard as the connection goes down often.

Everything about the stay was great, very close to the beach, got some stores around and coffee shops, as well as places to eat.

The shower was a bit moldy and the water was either burning hot or freezing. Don’t book for the rooftop pool / ocean view alone. It literally looks like they used AI in the photos provided as the ocean view was a tiny sliver and an ugly roof in reality. The hotel itself was in a quiet location which some may prefer but we found it just too far away from everything and the area was a bit run down.

The most comfortable bed we slept on in 2 months travelling SE Asia. Spacious room and bathroom. Nice common areas on the roof and out front of the building. Good A/C and friendly staff available 24/7. Fresh towels and room cleaning every day.

Nice spacious clean room and bathroom on arrival; provided new water and towels daily. Staff were friendly and we were able to check in slightly early which was a bonus. Comfy bed. Grabs are really easy to get - we found that the ‘hot spots’ and where we wanted to eat was abit too far out of walking distance but these were our preferences. Nice beach just across the road! Not sure about other rooms but loads of mosquitos in room!

Could hear a baby crying on my floor. I guess no sound proofing could help with that. The hotel is rather torn, the room on the 3rd floor was small and stuffy. The air con is right above the bed and blowing directly to the pillow area. The pool area unhygienic, do not be tricked by the pics. The pool is very small and during my stay the water in it looked appalling.

I was woken up twice at 1 a.m. by the people in the room above me. The soundproofing in the bathroom is poor because the window goes into the room above, with almost no insulation in that area. Additionally, there is mold in the bathroom on the wall and window. Installing tiles would be a simple and effective way to improve the appearance and prevent mold, but I sometimes wonder why hotels don’t take such basic measures.

The staff deserves a 10/10, and the location is excellent—both great and peaceful.

There is no room service and free breakfast option(at least for our rooms). Any request you have is to be done at the reception, though the staff is very friendly and will help you right away.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped arrange electric bikes for us as well as arrange some tours. They assisted us with every query and did their best to accommodate our requests. The rooms were nice and clean. There were no issues with the shower and bathroom facilities. They provided clean towels whenever asked for and cleaned the room once a day. Overall, a very positive and happy stay for me and my friends.

Wish the restaurant was open, breakfast would have been a nice addition to this cute hotel. Visited in January/February and just so happened to be too chilly to use the pool, hence there weren’t any cushions on the lounge chairs. Not anything to do with the hotel….over Tet holiday (lunar new year) all over Vietnam a lot of things close for 10 days (restaurants especially) Check your calendar. After it was nice to see this town come back to life. ✨

Comfortable bed and a bit larger room. The staff were really wonderful and kind, especially Hong. They allowed me to keep my luggage there for my trip to Hanoi to make my travels light and easy. Found great spots near by. A wonderful Korean street food place around the corner and some great coffee/juice cafes. Close to the beach. During Tet holiday the staff did a wonderful job being short handed. ✨🙏✨

Opening the sleeping room door is tricky. No safe in the appartment.

We stayed for three weeeks. Very good location near the beach. 30 walk to big shopping mall Vincom. 7-10 min walk to a kids playground. A lot of restaurants in a walking distance. We didn't hear other guests. Maybe we were lucky with guests, maybe it's good soundproofing. A couple days we had mosquitos in our room. The rest of our stay we used AC and didn't open windows when it was dark. A big appartment, with a separate sleeping room. Very good for staying with an infant. Baby stroller friendly hotel. We stayed in an appart-t on the top (5th) floor. And we spend one night in the appart-t with a sea view on the top floor. The sea view is great, but we loved another room more. The sea view room is under the sunlight and becomes hot very quickly. The sea view room is a little smaller and there are no shelves in a tall dresser. Mostly quiet neibourhood. Good neibourhood for walking, low traffic. Unfortunately, you can see rats in the streets (it's not the only location with rats in the city). We were there in January. It was cold to use the pool. And the water in the pool was cold.

I must mention one thing that especially caught us surprised. We completely agree to take a deposit in case something is damaged after guests leave the room. However, we found a message one day in the room that if the sheet does not clean they will take more than half of the deposit (I think it was 350.000 VND). Yes, there was a pink color because of my bathing suit (drains the color when wet) however, that is washable. As we are talking about sheets not something broken, we would have expect for the hotel to wash it and then charge if it does not go away or even to charge us a few bucks if it is outside of their regular laundry day (even though we eventually stayed 6 nights 5+1). It was a bit unpleasant for us to take the sheet and find the laundry on ourselves and bring it there to wash it. Of course the color was washed and they returned us the deposit, but still it ruined a bit our opinion about the hotel. Also, we didn’t have a hand soap even though we asked for it on the reception and it says that they offer free bikes, however, they only had one, the second one had a flat tire.

Very good value for the price, towels were changed every day, staff at the reception were very nice. We rented a motorbike for around 5e per day and were able to park it in the garage. Location is good if you rent a motor bike (or at least bikes), if you go by foot you would not be able to check best parts of the beach. There is a sweet pool on the top, the mattress on the chair a bit dirty, but I assume it is normal since it stays there while raining. Overall we had great time in Da Nang and the only reason why we wouldn’t rate is as a 10 is described below. Normally we would, but due to several smaller reasons, there is some room for improvement ☺️

Cute hotel in a great location close to the beach and the town. They loaned us push bikes and we rented bikes no issue at all. Had a great stay and lovely staff. Pool area was great.

Whilst close to the beach, there’s really not much action around. Next time I’d definitely stay at My Khe beach a few kms south where there is a really great vibe. Pool was uncomfortably hot - but guess that’s because it is small and fully exposed. No criticism - just letting others know. Staff really didn’t go out of their way.

Breakfast didn't materialise, nor did there seem any way to procure it. Nothing much was nearby and, although the hotel is (as the crow flies) "near the beach", it wasn't easy to get to.
