We booked a river view with a balcony and got an indoor room but due to our limited stay we didn’t complain as we were just putting out heads down after a long journey. I just feel it shouldn’t be advertised as a room I booked and we not get what we booked. Other than that the property and the owner was lovely, accommodating and welcoming.

The view from the rooftop is wonderful! I arrived in the evening, got picked up from the bus stop for free (it was 4-5 mins motorcycle ride). There is family dinner every night, which helps to connect with other travelers. I attended to a cave tour arranged by the owner, Linh, and it was definitely an unforgettable day! She also arranged my bus to Ninh Binh. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, highly recommended!

The owner was so friendly and helpful with organising onward travel and activities whilst we were there. We joined the family dinner one night; the food was lovely and we got to meet other people staying at the property.

- Our room was not exactly what was promised on booking.com. On the third night of our stay, hotel manager was able to change our room to the one we expected. (all rooms very fully occupied due to the public holiday)

The owner and the manager of the hotel is very helpful and professional. She helped us to find a taxi to get to the hotel from the center of the town, in the middle of the night, since we arrived to the town very late. She also has many tours in the hotel, organized by herself. She speaks good English and all the questions and problems can be addressed directly to her. She will answer any time of the day - Motorbikes for rent can be organized by the hotel itself - Good free breakfast at the hotel with Western food - there is a nice roof top in the hotel, where you can chill, have a drink and look at the amazing view of the Phong Nha - The hotel is in the quiet area of Phong Nha - A lot of restaurants within the walking distance from the hotel

Normally I am too lazy to write a review, but this hostel just goes above and beyond for its guests. The way the rooms, pool, bathrooms and comon area are located are perfect, good beds, cute coffee shop but the best this hostels has to offer is its owner Linh. This guy is so passionate about the hostel. Remember every name, helps where she can, knows everything and she makes it so easy to get the guests talking to eachother. Very social hostel. The best ive been so far

The host was absolutely extraordinary, Linh's commitment to helping us organise trips and buses was phenomenal despite personal circumstances. I cannot recommend this hostel enough. The true definition of a home stay! The location of the hostel is fabulous and the atmosphere to make friends is great. The social areas are really well equipped with a pool table and other games. My favourite hostel in Vietnam!

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! This place litteraly felt like home. Linh, the owner, is AMAZING. So welcoming and proud of her beautiful hostel which makes her always try to improve the place. He also presents everyone to make it really social and organize good evening activities. The girls at the coffee and the barman are also really great and friendly, and remembers the name of everyone. I could have stayed a year here. + beds, blanket, rooftop, bathrooms and location is amazing.

My personal favourite hostel that I have stayed in throughout Asia. The staff go above and beyond for their customers and I felt truly safe and respected. Location is a stones throw from the town, rooms are immaculate and I can't fault one thing. It was the perfect kind of social where you can meet people and truly make friends.

One the host can speak English well, but you can find her thru WhatsApp, so that is not a big issue.

In a good location a little out of the main drinking area but the hostel are amazing at helping you out to get into town but just outside the hostel there are a few really good eating places

Had an excellent stay at this hostel. It’s a lovely setting just back from the river with lots of restaurants nearby and a short cycle into town. Private room was massive with a great view of the mountains from the balcony. Atmosphere sociable but chilled with a good family dinner, staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it if you’re coming to Phong Nha!

It was a very nice stay, not a very party oriented hostel, which I very much appreciated. There were opportunities to meet other travelers, but it was quiet time after 22. Imaculate views from the rooftop!

Many activities available which makes it so easy to socialize, the dorm was really clean and the staff is just so nice and ready to help at all time. I woulf definitely recommend that hostel to anybody who stays in Phong Nha.

A great place to stay, we arrived around 4am and were checked in and that was really helpful. Staff could not do enough for us with tours and rental of bikes. About 20 min walk from the main street but also some local restaurants right outside on the river

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel run by Linh. She is incredibly kind and hospitable, always ensuring her guests feel welcome and well taken care of. I arrived in Phong Nha around 3 AM, and she even arranged for her staff to pick me up, which was a thoughtful gesture. As for the property, the location is excellent, and the hostel itself is clean, spacious, and—as the name suggests—cosy. The breakfast is delicious, and they serve a family-style dinner around 7 PM, which is a great opportunity to meet and connect with other travelers. I would love to come back here again!

The hostel is very comfortable, and they make your stay in Phong Nha much easier. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. The bunk beds are spacious and comfortable.

Linh is an amazing host and makes everybody feel like family. The infrastructure is all new and clean, with a games room and a restaurant that has all-day meals as well as a really nice family dinner every night. The beds are large and comfortable with privacy screens, there was 2 bathrooms in our dorm, both where spotless and modern.
