Breakfast could be more various.

It's beautiful- materials, interior, smells. Very good feeling and comfort. Very clean, bedlilen just perfect.

The bathroom is probably the main thing that could use some improvement. The shower entrance is right next to the shower head and there is no way of blocking the spray of the shower from getting all over the bathroom floor and toilet. Also, the shade that covers the window is a bit cheap feeling. The wall decor in the room was bland and empty, to say the least, but the rest of the design made up for that.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location is very great for the price. Lots of great food in the area and close walking distance to the beach. Many convenient stores in the area, as well. The renovations generally are great upgrades. There is also a nice cafe downstairs that's fairly affordable for a hotel. The free breakfast was very decent.

The central location means you can hear loud, repetitive music from nearby venues late into the night, which affects sleep quality. Breakfasts are tasty but lack variety and offer limited options.

Stunning design and stylish decor. Polite and attentive staff. Clean, fresh, and with pleasant fragrances throughout. Excellent, fully-equipped gym.

This is the 2nd time I stay in this hotel due to the convenient location, easy reach to the beach and closed to restaurants, night market, shoppings malls. The hotel staff is super friendly and hospitality. My room have small balcony that could enjoy the sea view. Breakfast is simple combo. I will come back this hotel again.

it is hard to talk in English. use Google translate. the breakfast and dinner were not various, only Vietnamese. There were some misguiding regarding payments by card - for extra things is not possible to pay by card

great room size, beautiful view from the suite. a lot if different facilities, bear the sea. fruits on the right corner was delicious (2nd street store, going from the hotel). there are places to walk around. some restaurants and shops centers are not far away

Hotel reception was unaware of my online booking via Booking.com. Room was a grade below what I had paid for (eg no balcony, no view) but still was good value. I won't complain.

Comprehensive breakfast included in the room price. Clean & spacious. Nice staff. Great location.

I had upgraded to the sea-view room with balcony which have nice view to the Tram tower. The breakfast is simple but for this quiet period it is acceptable. The location of the hotel is suitable for me, close to the restaurants, few hundred meters to the beach. Hotel Staff is friendly. I will come back

We wasnt happy with that hotel . The staff are not friendly and unprofessional. The reception charged an unprofessional extra fee. The breakfast is very plain and the staff service is not enthusiastic with customers. The bed was not remade after the first night . I am really disappointed with a 4 star hotel and the unreasonable extra fee for a family of 2 adults and 2 children and they cannot add a small bed if the extra fee is charged. My family will not go back there again. They need to retrain the service staff.

The noise in the morning from neighbouring room and the hallway..Kids running around and making noise .. Breakfast was basic and no black tea available..Just coffee and hot green tea..

The room was good size, comfortable and reasonably clean.
